today I'll be walking you through the scenario where the company employee handbook has just been updated and now we need to send it out to all the employees for signature via DocuSign to begin we simply click new send an envelope which brings me into a drafting view from here we need to upload the updated employee handbook via the local drive or one of docu signs many other options from here we can see that DocuSign is automatically applied a template which is how often we want reminder emails going out to these employees along with a few other features that are configurable now I can click import bulk lists this will contain the name and email of all the employees I want to send this to similar to a mail merge for this scenario I've actually included their employee ID number which I want pushed into the document as well you can also push on information that you want the employees to verify for example in address at this point I would be able to hit Send now and it would go out to all the employees but want to give you a peek behind the curtain into some of the other features that were applied along with that template here we can see the DocuSign fields that were stenciled overtop of that document when that template was automatically applied earlier and the data label corresponding to the column of where we want the information to go on that document as well now that the documents have been sent out you'll have full visibility into who has and hasn't signed these documents and be able to manage the slower employees in this waiting for others folder let's switch roles and play the part of Sam who's a no employee who has just been sent the handbook to signed they don't need to download install or even have a DocuSign account in order to sign off on these documents all they need to do is click this link to be able to view and sign off on the handbook at this point you can see that the employee ID has automatically populated for them and can allow them to update information like their current address as well all the employee needs to do is follow the navigation bar to where they need to sign and adopt a signature to sign off once signed is hit finish to complete and they're already done now let's switch back to see what it looks like from the centre's point of view I haven't refreshed my page but pay attention to the waiting for others at 5:00 right now as a refresh we can see it automatically organizes Sam's completed documents into the completed folder no more managing on a spreadsheet or email inbox this is now automatic for you if we click in further we can see when they signed and even download or print the completed copy as well
