hey guys what's up it's christine feel the high level queen and today is a very exciting day because the high level team just announced that they are replacing bulk requests with a brand new feature that's going to be a total game changer and i'm gonna show you that right now let's get started so for those of you guys who don't know we actually have a free facebook group called marketing agency automation secrets where we give away hundreds of dollars in free trainings every single week to our members so click the link below to go check that out okay so i'm gonna walk you guys step by step what you need to do to send messages sms email to your existing customer list without doing a bulk request all right so you can do this with reactivation campaigns you can do this with any kind of promo uh getting people you know re-engaged with your brand okay like in a super easy way so all you do is log in go to the account that you want to use okay click on contacts and then click on contacts and smart lists okay so you're going to go into your contacts in your smart list now there's some new buttons here all right there's add to campaign which you would use if you just want to add them to an existing campaign okay there's send sms which you would use if you just want to send them a text so you can send them an sms without creating the campaign first which is actually really cool and you can also do the send email so we're going to go through each one of these okay now all you have to do is click if you want to send them to everybody what you're going to do is you're actually going to filter on your let's say tag so you want to contact everyone with a tag and then you select the tag here okay and that would be like a practical application uh you can also do any of these like you can do a pipeline stage if you want to contact someone in a specific pipeline stage we get that question all the time you would click on pipeline stage and then you would select your pipeline in your stage okay but i'm just going to do this one that way i don't actually send anything out okay so you're going to check this and if you want to select all the records click on select all records and then click add to campaign to add them to a campaign what we're gonna do is we're just gonna choose a campaign that we want okay now process all at once are process and drop mode so process all at once is going to put them all in the campaign at once the drip mode you can actually choose a start date okay so let's say i want to do there and then the batch quantity this is how many you want to do in each how many batches that you want to do okay and then you can also repeat after days hours minutes or seconds okay so you know if you wanted to do it every 30 days you could do that add them to the campaign right just make sure it's like um that allow multiple is on okay and then you can also do this schedule here so let's say you have 10 000 people you're not going to want to do it all at once because you're going to get banned uh pretty quickly i would definitely do a drip mode for 10 000 people okay but keep in mind if it is something time sensitive like happy holidays for example you're going to want to make sure to do the math and that it gets done by that date okay so you're going to have to do some math and work backwards if you have 10 000 people and you send one every 15 seconds you're gonna have to do the math how many seconds are in a day you get the idea right but that's how you do the drip mode and the campaigns now you can also send an sms so let's say you don't want to bother with creating a campaign for this you just want to say uh happy holidays from our team okay or you could say you know hey we are running an amazing seasonal promo right now for 60 percent off one more details right so uh if you wanted to automate it further you could use positive intent i have another video on how to do that but this is an example again you have the drip mode option for sms you can also if you have any estimates templates you can also choose those here okay now for the email also a very similar process all you're going to do is put your subject and your message in here you can also do an attachment and choose from any email templates okay so that's how you use the brand new feature to avoid having to do a bulk request again you can do add to campaign send sms and send email so enjoy this guys go check out my other videos on reactivation if you want some practical examples and don't forget to like and subscribe so you don't miss any future videos from me and i'll see you next time
