hey guys I want to make a quick video about bulk requests so if you come into marketing and you get on a book requests you might be kind of wondering what this is basically this just means we're going to bulk add people into a campaign so if you have a one-off email or something like that that you want to send you would actually create the campaign first but the email but in there and you'd bulk requests are going in there so come here you do create bulk requests we'll just name this one testing and you can name it whatever you want as long as you understand what it is and you can look at it find it again this is the campaign that we want to add them into if you don't select a date it will happen it's assuming that it's a now or an immediately time but you can select a date sometime in the future keep in mind that this date is running off whatever the location timezone is so like Eastern and they may be in Pacific so it's going to run on their location time contact type you can see that we have customers and leads in here but you actually just want to go ahead and select all we don't really use customers and leads too much so you just want to make sure everyone in here that has this particular tag is going to be bulk requested into this campaign so then you can select the tag and then this is saying everyone with this tag will get added to this campaign at this time that you've selected so you go ahead and click Add you see this makes a bulk request in here it's a scheduled date is start immediately because we didn't pick a date and then you want to go ahead and click the play button and that will put it into queued I think there's only one person that has that so it finished immediately do keep in mind that it will only book requests about 15 contacts a minute into the campaign so if you have a bigger bulk request it will take some time and be in queue
