[Music] in this video I will show you how you can use a sign genie bulk signature feature and send a copy of a document to hundreds or even thousands of people for bulk sending you need to first upload a bulk email group then initiate a template of a document sending process and if you want you can pre-populate values specific to each signer copy and merge the values from Excel the reusable template creation is already covered in a separate video if you have already created a template you can navigate to the template page and send let's see how the email group can be created using Excel from the email group tab under the settings menu click on email group sub tab under the settings option you can click on the Excel icon download the excel file and fill the contact details with specific email groups and upload it once you choose a file the program will automatically upload the file and refresh the page with the new or updated email group information please save and close your Excel during the upload process now you are ready to send this document for a bulky signature you can use a template or a document for bulk sending for this demo we'll use an existing template select one or more templates for bulky signatures and then click on the send button select the email group for the recipient party while sending any recipient party can be designated as bulk meaning one copy of the document will go to each of the people in the recipient email group you can use the e-signature sequence with the bulk email as required [Music] click on the continue button if you need to pre-fill or pre populate the information related to each bulk party before sending example if a school is sending a waver for parents to sign they can pre-fill the known information related to each child before they send a copy of the forms if you don't want to pre-fill the information you can simply press send now and send for bulky signatures let me click continue for this demo review the document created and press on the send button on the top right corner and the sent invitation form will open click on download template file fill out the downloaded excel with the new value saved on your computer and upload using upload file with values after uploading the file the button name will change to the file name now you are ready to click on the send button after sending the vulpes signature dashboard will automatically refresh every 10 seconds while documents are being processed and provide the status of documents being sent out if you have hundreds of signers in your bulky signature email group you can close the dashboard and wait to receive a completion email notification you can log back in to e sign genie and navigate to your bulk folder by selecting all bulk under...
