Please choose the correct options during applying. The person will put 3 stamps on the challan, will tear the challan and will keep the bank copy with him and hand over the remaining part of the challan to you. [The image below is just for ref and not actually stamped]19: Now take this back to the Guy in the left-most room. He will tear the challan and will accept your full application containing Photocopies & WES form along with the paid challan. The top part of (stamped) challan will be with him and the middle part will be with you.20: What you are left with is your original documents and the middle part of challan which is now stamped and your receipt which will be needed to collect the envelope.21. Ask him when to come back, he will probably say 5 days. But do not visit after 5 days, visit after 8 days instead.22. On the 8th day, go to the same GUY and ask for your documents, show the challan student copy and he shall get it.23. Check the documents for Sign & Stamp on all photocopies - including the WES form.24. He will give an envelope, put all the documents inside including the WES form. Give it back to him, he put a stamp on all the possible opening of the envelope25. Make sure to take a wide transparent (index finger length size) tape with you and seal the document after he signs on the opening.26: NICE!!! Now you can send this to WES after writing the following on the bottom right of the envelope: (make sure adding the WES number here as well)PS: Use India Postal Service as the courier service for this, its cheapest!!!Hope this helps & and all the best for your WES!EDIT: I am not aware of the process for those who are getting their WES reference number after 1st DEC 2018, as the process has changed for them. But nevertheless, what you can do is, do not write anything except the image below, hence not giving any idea to WES about who sent it.
