[Music] when you need multiple sheets signed on the fly it can be cumbersome and time-consuming to flip through all the paperwork carbon-less forms can simplify the process they are a great asset across all industries [Music] our re-image carbon-less forms come in two three or four-part packs we offer the packs in eight and a half by eleven or eight and a half by fourteen sheet size each layer of paper is a different color the colors indicate where they are coated and in the order in which they should be layered to work properly colors include white canary goldenrod and pink we're going to demonstrate with a three-part carbon-less form in this video the finished top sheet will always be white this top sheet has special pressure activated coating on the back of it that allows whatever is written on it to bleed through to the next page our second sheet which is canary has the same coding on both the front and the back of the paper this allows the writing from the first sheet to transfer onto the second sheet and then transfer to the third sheet our last sheet is pink it only has coating on the front of the page therefore allowing the transfer of the text from the sheet on top but preventing any bleed through on the back here you see how a three-part form should work notice how the text transfers to all three sheets but if the sheets are out of order the text can't transfer this is why it's so important to remember the proper ordering of the forms and not to rearrange them because not all combinations of the forms will transfer correctly make sure to follow the instructions and arrows on your ring package in order to load the form into your printer properly we're using reverse collated forms so as you load your tray the pink form will be on the top followed by the yellow sheet and lastly the white it's very important to load the paper correctly otherwise your carbon-less forms may not work properly because of the coatings [Music] again the example we're using shows reverse collated forms so we're going to select face up as the forms come off the printer you will notice the white sheet is now on the top of the stack face up followed by the yellow and then the pink the sheets are now in the correct order and ready to use re-image carbon list forms simplify the paperwork process they can also be used for other applications like work orders invoices medical discharge papers or anytime you need a duplicate signed receipt of goods or services
