Add carbon copies recipients and Sign

welcome to the video walkthrough for using a sure sign in this video we'll be looking at how to send carbon-copy emails through your workflow and simple setup and our classic templates to create a carbon-copy email and simple setup click review and send then click the center tab titled additional recipients here just provide the email recipients name and their email address below once done don't forget to click Save recipient to add them to the list if you would like to add more than one recipient for Carbon Copy emails you can just click the plus sign and add the new recipient there if you're creating a Carbon Copy email in our classic templates you're going to edit the workflow template under the emails section just click Edit next to the step notification you would like the Carbon Copy to be added for example this is when the document is completed I want to add in a Carbon Copy recipient on the right-hand side click Change where it says full name and email address if your Carbon Copy recipient is going to be different every time you're going to want to leave it as a parameter however if it's the same person who's going to receive the completed document or any email click fixed from there click Next and provide their full name make sure you click finish there once you've added their full name in do the same thing for the email address after you've added in their name and email the last step is to click the orange Add button and you'll see that they are populated right here that covers everything for the video tutorial on adding Carbon Copy recipients in a sure sign until next time Thanks
