this next trick is for anybody who has to send an email to the entire staff and the email does not require a reply all response from the staff my one of my pet peeves is in my inbox is when i have unnecessary emails that are there and a lot of time that happens with rep when people reply all to emails and it's not something that i need i don't need to see somebody reply and say got it thanks something like that so instead of typing in the email address into the normal spot where you would you would click right here on the blind copy the bcc and then you could type in the all staff email and then just type your email like normal and send it like normal and this just eliminates the option to reply all and if somebody does reply it goes directly to the person who sent it and not to the entire staff so that way it just kind of helps keep your inbox a little bit cleaner and a little bit more organized
