hi Dayton realtors my name is Jason Webb I'm the MLS technical support coordinator for Dayton realtors in today I'm going to be showing you how to use instant to do all of your signings digitally you may ask what is instant it insta net or transaction desk because I'll use those terms interchangeably is a digital transaction management system that allows you to take your forms or your documents just as if you were to have paper out in the field and have those documents or form signed digitally and get them back as quickly as possible so what I'm going to show you is how to get into internet how to use it in as few steps as possible while we're doing our social distancing from each other so that you can still continue to do business the first thing that you're going to want to do is go to Dayton realtors dot-org and once there you're going to click on the login button up top and enter in your username and password once you've entered in your username and password it's going to bring you to your dashboard screen and you're going to click on instance that you'll see right here once you click on insta net you'll come up to your dashboard screen in the instance and we're going to go over a couple different buttons that you're going to be using the buttons that you're going to be using on the left hand side are going to be your house button and maybe your signings button or your pin right here so how do we create a transaction to get started the first thing that we're going to want to do is click on the house button on the left hand side now you'll hear me refer to buttons on the left hand side and the right hand side over here and our changeably because we're going to have two different sides that we click on throughout the transaction so the first thing we're going to want to do is come up here to the very top once we've clicked on our home button and click on this Add button or plus sign this add button is going to create our transaction for us once we've clicked on ad we're going to give our transaction a name I'm going to call mine test 327 20 the last part that we'll want to do from here is come down to the bottom and add yourself as either the listing agent the buyer's agent neither or both in this case let's say that we're the buyer's agent so I'm going to click on selling agent here once I'm done adding the name and yourself as one of those four options we're going to come up to the blue create button in the top right corner and click on creates this is going to take us to another section called steps one through five which we're going to...
