hey everyone deb sutton ramallo here bringing you another quick tip for this week so many of you have asked me how i have the new hampshire brokerage disclosure as a clickable picture on my email so i'm going to share with you how i did that thank you anna for remem reminding me how i actually did it so we're going to go ahead and share my screen here and we're going to open up chrome [Music] or any of your web browsers um and then we're going to do a search here for the new hampshire brokerage disclosure form um so this is going to bring up you know whole bunch of disclosures here that you can see and i want you to click over here on images and when i click on images these are um jpegs that i can go ahead and copy so you just want to make sure that you're picking the the most recent one the one that we're using right now so i'm going to go ahead and right click on that and i'm going to save the image as and um i've already saved it before but all you're going to do is you know save it to whatever you want that to be i just named it the new hampshire brokerage disclosure image and i'm saving it to my download files so just make sure you know where you've saved that and um go ahead and then we're gonna click back over here to the all button and i'm gonna scroll down here to this is what i'm looking for this oplc.new hampshire.gov this is the one directly from the real estate commission so you're just going to open that up and you'll see that that's the two part disclosure here so this is the link that i want right here so i'm just going to highlight that link right click whoops highlight the link right click and then copy it or you can do control c and then i'm going to open up my verrani email so this is my email and i'm going to come over here to the settings tab so this little gear over here you're going to click that and you're going to say see all settings and when i see all settings it should bring you right to the general tab right here and i'm going to scroll all the way down here to where my email signature is you'll see that i already have one there but i'm going to go ahead and post another one here so right here right under my signature i'm going to click on this see this insert image when i hover over that this one insert link is what we're going to be doing next but you're just going to go ahead hover over there insert image and then that what we're going to do is upload that image that you saved onto your hard drive here...
