welcome to the channel this is techno scope welcome everybody my name is minnow and today we're going to teach you how to use BCC and email properly and what BCC actually is so the first thing we're going to do is open up our email as you can see I've already done that in here the first thing you should know is what BCC is when you send mass emails say you have a mailing group or you need to send a lot of emails to a lot of people in an organization the normal way you would typically do that is just to load all the or copy all the email addresses into thus into so let me go ahead and compose one and I can show you what I'm talking about so when you're sending an email typically people just load up the two box with all the email addresses and that's fine for the most part the problem is say you do that and you need to send the email to other people who you know may not be completely directly related to the email but they need to see it typically you would use the CC which is a carbon copy the option right there for sending emails to other people the problem with CC is that everybody that receives the email also receives the list of CC recipients so it's fine if you have people that need to see the conversation they're somehow related and you know if the other person needs to reply back to everybody that was originally sent the email they can also the people who are in the Carbon Copy also receive it as well but say you have a email list for clients or customers or whatever it may be and you want to send the email I'm sorry about that noise st computer that's the video card ramping up anyway say that you want to send multiple emails to multiple customers clients whatever it may be you don't necessarily want all those customers and all those clients to see each other emails what if you have some important people on that list you don't want you know Joe nobody seeing a list celebrities email address so that's what BCC is for so the way this works is when you're going to send the email the mass email instead of having a two person you send it to yourself in my case which is TK is it just a curve at gmail.com do not send anything to this email address it is not monitored it is only used for demonstration purposes it's the only reason I created this email address but anyway the to address is to yourself and you do not use the Carbon Copy you use the blind carbon copy which is what the B stands for so what happens is all your email addresses are filled up in this box and whenever you send the email...
