All right so we're on the home page of Paragon,  and as I mentioned here, the quick search - if   I hit 'Clear' and then hit 'Count' it's  every single property in the database,   so over 11 million listings. And then I can  go ahead and move on and search for those.   I can search by map, and you can access the map  just by clicking in the mapping. I can search   by status, and you have all the statuses that are  available to you as an agent just by clicking into   this magnifying glass. So of course we have  Active, Active Under Contract, and Coming Soon;   that's the full Active market. Then we also  have properties that are already in escrow,   which would be considered pending; you have your  Closed properties; Expired listings are in here;   Withdrawn - that's temporarily withdrawn  from the MLS - On Hold, Cancelled - all   of those different property status types are  available for you to search if you wanted to.   I'll just cancel out of that. A lot of us really  are only interested in the Active market. I could   just type an 'a' in there - there's all  Active, and then I'm getting my count:   50, 000 listings that I would be able to write an  offer on currently in CRMLS. If I wanted to focus   specifically on Residential, notice here you have  your property type. So with property type, again   you can click on the magnifying glass; it's going  to show you the different property types. So we've   categorized different types of real estate into  these different categories, if you will, property   types - and notice 'RE' stands for Residential.  Then we also have 'RI' which is Residential   Income. RI is typically something like a duplex  or a triplex or a fourplex, where the seller is   selling the entire building, multiple units; and  so Residential income is great if I have an   investor saying "Hey I'd like to buy a fourplex."  I'm gonna search for that in Residential income.   There's Residential Lease - so if somebody's  saying "Hey I want to purchase," or "I want to   actually lease, we don't want to buy quite yet,"  I can go in and search on a Residential Lease   there's also land, raw land basically, or  lots - lots and land. I can search that way.   You see 'Manufactured in Park:' this is  a special category for manufactured homes   that are built and part of a community of  multiple manufactured homes on a parcel of land   that is something they have to lease. So when  you're searching in ''Manufactured in Park,'   typically whoever buys that manufactured home has  to pay to have that home on the land that it's   sitting on. There's a lease involved for the land.  So that's what we call 'Manufactured in Park.'   There's also a Commercial Sale, Commercial  Lease, and Business Opportunity so when you take   a listing you can kind of think about what type  of listing you're taking, and...
