welcome to replied all CC and BC explained I'm gonna open up this email right here read it and then respond to it alright I can reply I can either reply just to the person or I can reply off so what is reply all well play all sends your email response to everyone on the email chain including those who are B seed and it should be used very sparingly you should not use reply all unless you know everyone on the email chain 19 everyone and the email was addressed specifically for you if the email were to say dear all first grade teachers I would not use reply all since I know everyone on this email chain I am going to reply all now my recipients are in place and will compose my email and send it on its way all right CC stands for carbon copy you use it to include others that are not addressed in the email and you can also use it to include your admin this is a great feature when you want somebody to see the email that you're sending out to someone else start by clicking on the tool arrows and add the Carbon Copy address in here hey this would probably go to my director or my principal BC is blind copy this is used for mass emails to appear just to sent to one person and is used to include admin on sensitive student issues if I'm sending a message to all first grade teachers and I want to appear like it's going to each one individually I can use blind copy to do that a blind copy cannot be seen by anyone on the email chain except for the sender so if I add a blind copy here my CC person my Carbon Copy person will not see the blind copy no one will see that I sent it out to this person here the only one who knows is the sender blind copy is a great option when you're sending information to parents or other individuals and you might need some help from admin or directors thank you for watching you [Music]
