I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

[Music] Metro fluid connectors is an industrial supply business any piece of machinery that operates with the use of hydraulic fluid moving it we sell adapters a lot of hydraulic hoses valves for that my dad said his business about 15 years ago we live and breed the stuff so that's that's just the nature of it the 4k Junction receives another credit card processing company and then we had to physically grab the car for everybody swipe the card the interface was relatively weak it was not user-friendly it just felt that the billing software was made more beneficial for the credit card processing software company as opposed to the consumer we had to stockpile all of the receipts we had to put them away store them make sure they're safe we had to actually get a lot of cards repeatedly from customers over and over again we didn't like to handle such sensitive information now with pay Junction the Cobb a system allows to enter it store it in there we know it's secure we know it's safe not to worry about it they're happier because we don't have to keep asking them over and over clearly for the same credit card information you don't really need any previous knowledge about the system it's pretty intuitive it gives you all the information you can possibly need right at your fingertips the beauty of it the new smart terminal is that its customer facing they interact with the terminal I just watch everything unfold on my screen without having to do much if a customer has a run chip on their credit card if they actually swipe it it'll ask them to insert the chip it makes it more secure for the customer as well as the merchants it also accepts that smart watches and smart phone it actually captures everything digitally sources on the cloud I can access it whenever I want to and if I want to print it out I can that editing features is great we can just change it right away if there's a typo or an error a mistake and it'll be done without having to worry about it we don't actually have to be at our computers workstation to actually run the credit-card transaction we can log in from anywhere we need to want to be from home in the office maybe on your phone if you need to it keeps us up-to-date it keeps us current it just saves us a lot of time a lot of headaches it's a great system [Music]
