[Music] there will be instances where you will have the need to carbon copy or cc additional recipients to a document or envelope in this short video we will learn how to add carbon copy email recipients through your workflow in simple setup and our classic templates within nintex assuresign to create a carbon copy email and simple setup click review and send then click the center tab titled additional recipients here just provide the email recipient's name and their email address below once done you must click save recipient to add them to the list if you would like to add more than one recipient for carbon copy emails you can simply click the plus sign and add the new recipient's email address if you're creating a carbon copy email in our classic templates you're going to edit the workflow template under the email section click edit next to the step notification that you would like the carbon copy to be added for example if this is when the document is completed i want to add in a carbon copy recipient on the right hand side click change where it says full name and email address if your card and copy recipient is going to be different every time you're going to want to leave it as a parameter however if it's the same person who's going to receive the completed document or any email click fixed from there click next and provide their full name then click finish once you've added their full name do the same for the email address after you've added in their name and email the last step is to click the orange add button and you'll see that they are populated here in this video we reviewed the process for adding carbon copy email recipients within nintex assure sign [Music]
