what's up guys I wanted to make this video today to show you how to use multiple payment methods on Amazon because there's technically not a way to do that like for instance I have a credit card that it's kind of like a credit card but it's not a credit card it's really weird but I have a available balance on that that gives me like a lot of points and rewards and stuff I only get to use like x amount per month so right now I want to buy something that costs more than that card has available on it so I want to use multiple payment methods without like going to the store and buying like a gift card and stuff like that I was really about to go get ready and run across town to the store buy an Amazon gift card with the amount I needed and then you know use that gift card plus my regular debit card and I'm glad I kind of figured this method out so what you're gonna do so when you go to Amazon you're gonna go to your account right here click account and then once you get here you're going to click gift cards so view balance or redeem a card so what you're gonna do you can like if you have a store close by and you would rather buy a physical gift card you can definitely do that and you're going to do like the same method but instead of having to leave your house you can do the exact same thing right from your computer your phone or tablet whatever you use so what I'm going to do is Click reload my balance and then I'm going to use that credit card to put the amount on my Amazon account which basically makes like a gift card so I click reload your balance and you've got preset amounts 50 100 200 500 or you can enter an amount so the amount that I'm going to be making is 255 dollars and 88 cents now this card is not saved in my account so I'm gonna have to add it I put the amount so my current balance you can see is zero dollars I put the amount of 255.88 I added the card now I'm gonna hit reload so now it says thank you you reloader reload order is placed 255.88 cents will be added to your account payment method used yada yada so now it took maybe about five six minutes so you can see I've got 255 88 here so now if you do your shopping do whatever you got to do add the stuff to your cart and then you're gonna go to your cart and automatically if you go to checkout you'll see right here it's going to have your default payment method which mine is my debit card and then it's going to have the 255 88 gift...
