my name is will dials and I am a licensed hearing aid dispenser here at Kenwood Hearing Centers in Santa Rosa California we have three locations here in Sonoma County all within about 20 miles of one another I'm a fifth-generation hearing care professional both my parents are audiologists in the 1930s my great grandfather sold hearing aids in Billings Montana goes back a long ways in my family I love helping people hear better seeing the joy on people's face when they're hearing the birds again this is a very rewarding business before when we used to use a machine where we just ran the credit card we had a lot of problems with connectivity where it ran through I think the phone line and so sometimes we would lose connectivity and had to do paper receipts and take down credit cards like writing down the numbers and so that was really frustrating so I used to drive around to all three of our locations and I was the courier and I would pick up all the credit card slips and the batch reports that would come out of the machine daily and I would have to physically deliver them to where we do our centralized bookkeeping I can't express enough how much pay junction has changed office life for me the patient's can do a digital signature capture and it's so easy for the patient and it's really easy for me because I don't have all this paper trail and the less paper the better my desk already looks crazy with multiple locations having credit card information and batch reporting available online is made a huge difference you don't have paperwork flying between offices we just know what the other office is done especially because our patients sometimes travel from office to office so we don't try to build somebody twice it's all in there if I want to refund somebody it's really easy if I want to do a recurring payment it's really easy and everything is stored digitally I've had clients call and say okay you just run that on my credit card and I can so it's better for the clients and it's better for us I feel like pay Junction is almost built four offices that have multiple locations it would be hard to go back now that we know how one is one efficient it is [Music]
