[MUSIC PLAYING] To certify a card, the owner must submit it through a certification process. Certification processes, which are found in Admin settings, define who approves a card for certification and the icon it receives when certified. Certified content shifts with four default processes-- one company process and three department processes. The company process is intended to have the most stringent certification review and identifies cards that the entire company should take note of. The department processes are for cards that may not apply to the entire company but are identified as trusted sources of data by the department that uses and certifies them. To start certifying, either enable a default process or create a process from scratch. Each process has a description and instructions which conveys when to use it and any directions to follow when submitting and approving for certification. To certify a card, open the wrench menu and select Request Certification. As the owner, select the appropriate certification process and then submit for certification. If you do not own the card, the owner will automatically be notified of your request. In Certification Center, this section shows the status of all the cards that you have requested be certified. The Waiting On You section shows all the certification requests that are waiting on your review. For a request submitted to you as part of a certification process approval chain, determine if you approve of certifying the card. For requests made to certify a card you own, determine if it should be submitted through a certification process. Once certified, the card receives a blue certified icon next to its title.
