There are a few key differences when certifying and signing. New Landonline now automatically creates separate Mortgagor and Mortgagee roles for a new mortgage instrument. You’ll still need to use Legacy Landonline for signing instruments that have more than one Conveyancing Professional associated with a role For example, where you have different Conveyancing Professionals acting for transferors in the same transferor role.
