Comment initial order

all right shall we do the stories shall we shall we talk about these let's see biden 17 executive orders one revoked the travel bans referred to as the muslim ban and african bans previously ordered by the trump administration and abolished these so-called extreme vetting practices that were hard on immigrants and led to rejected visa applications the order also instructed the state department to restore fairness and visa processing and remedy harms caused by the previous ban so the the the framing of the muslim ban right it's trump's own language he himself over but uh let me let me i'm pretty sure that the countries that were that had the the travel bans too were countries that were state sponsors of terrorism right like south sudan was on the list iran was on the list it wasn't just i mean there were obviously a lot of muslim majority countries but he could have framed it in a way that wasn't just like directly gonna him over in terms of press i don't really care that the ban was repealed it didn't really seem like it was doing anything anyways extreme vetting practices i do i really care about no um okay here's what i'll say i have a pretty different view on immigration than most conservatives or most people in general um i'm not a open borders type i am not a you know an isolationist never let anybody in anymore type of guy um but i i have no problem being hard on people trying to come into this country especially when they're trying to come from countries that really if they leave get over really badly i mean brain drain is is actually killing a lot of the developing world and and over these governments and the people who live there just because we're allowing uh we're basically allowing a meritocratic system to exist where in every country on the planet uh has all these people trying to get into america and we're like yo if you if you are the top of the top percent we're going to let you in and so you win the lottery and you come to the united states and your country gets over i mean that you do have some duty to your country to make it a better place and i do think it's the kind of the easy way out to get a visa to the united states but that's just my opinion number two is directed an immediate halt to construction of the border wall along the u.s mexican border and called for a review of the legality of funding and contracting methods used by the previous administration the order terminated the national emergency declaration allowed and allowed the biden harris administration to determine the best way to redirect hundreds of millions of dollars earmarked for border wall construction elsewhere what did you expect i mean like of course of course they were going to do this what you think they're just going to allow the completion of trump's wall and then what we're going to have a in a hundred years it'll be trump's wall and people will be coming here to view the the tourist the great trump wall okay listen we can't have that okay we gotta you gotta be careful i don't really care i always thought the border wall was a waste of money and that you could do better by hiring more people to guard the border uh having more surveillance if you if your effort was if your goal was to stop people from coming over the border illegally um yeah you need more staff is really the key issue it's a long-ass border honestly maybe instead maybe instead of this policy we just we just bring mexico into the union and then and then the southern border of mexico is it listen as far as borders go the southern border of mexico much more defensible than ours i'm just saying my ancestors up i don't know what their problem was but if they were going to invade these countries and annex parts of mexico they might as well go all the way to you know this strategic location down there i mean come on guys uh number three is directed the department of homeland security and the department of justice to take appropriate measures to fortify declared action for childhood rivals and ensure that so-called dreamers be protected from deportation okay so daca and dreamer stuff don't really have an issue with this um i think that these policies like generally speaking you know if you're if you come in here as a kid or you're born here um it seems kind of cool to deport you especially given them it's the recess resources we're going to expand and the metric the measures we're going to have to go to to deport you are just ridiculous um so i don't know i'm more more compassionate on this topic i think that there the the case for continued immigration and continued unfettered immigration as well as the liberalization or open borders of immigration are really stupid they're awful takes um and you know they need to be combatted but i don't really i don't see this as part of that i think this is an entirely different topic personally but i know there's a lot of griper types who really get pissed off that i don't care but i actually don't care what you think because you know your political movements are relevant so go yourself uh number four revoked the prior administration's orders to exclude undocumented individuals from the census and apportionment of congressional representatives um now to be honest i was completely fine with this i didn't really care uh yeah i'm sorry i don't know that you should get congressional representatives just because you have uh people who are not citizens living in your your area i'd sorry i i guess i'm old fashioned in the thinking that we should have representation for citizens not people who are here illegally i call me crazy uh number five protected liberians from immigration enforcement and extended work authorizations and like why liberians what are they like what's going on with liberia am i i i guess i i don't i don't know anything about what this is about so no uh no topic i got i got nothing nothing to say there uh all right okay wait this article claims to have been biden's first day 17 17 executive orders okay and then it only goes to five why well i mean i guess i can google it no no big deal one second but why oh let's see new york times maybe okay here we go mr vine won the trump administration 1776 commission which released a report on monday that historian said distorted the role of slavery uh in the united states among other history mr biden also okay so this was like uh the commission that was trying to reverse the the like uh that was like the 16 whatever like i don't remember what it was i never even looked into it i don't care these cultural battles are so uh like make me want to like be on some of them i care about but others i'm just like this is clearly baked up for elections or media coverage uh on climate change chief among executive orders that begin to tackle the issue of climate change mr biden has signed a letter to re-enter the united states into the paris climate accords great okay cool we entered a non-binding agreement wherein china is going to fudge their numbers and not do anything to actually reduce their climate standards and where nobody's actually going to do anything besides the united states because we're the only honest actor in the world i'm just kidding of course um i don't know i'm just very skeptical that this even matters like the fact that people were like virtue signaling about the paris climate agreement like it's just stupid like at this point honestly i'm such a doomer on climate it doesn't even matter to me anymore i don't care i genuinely do not care it's too late you're never gonna you're never going to build a consensus that is uh is there to do the things that you would need to do in order to stop the global climate crisis it's too late people are going to die at this point focus on harm mitigation that's just my viewpoint though uh an additional executive sorry let's see in additional executive orders mr biden began the reversal of a slew of trump administration environmental policies including the revoking the permit of the keystone xl pipeline reversing the rule okay um i i don't i don't i don't like this and the reason i don't like this is because uh i feel like biden could have leveraged the keystone xl pipeline that which you know like even his predecessor wouldn't touch uh he could have leveraged the continued uh you know permit for the keystone xl pipeline with like cutting off any canadian ties to china he could have made them be more hawkish on china rather than what canada is doing right now which is unironically inviting them to come do you know arctic drills arctic military drills which where they simulate like taking out united states arctic capabilities it's really up and really weird that our neighbor is allowing the chinese military to come over and do these drills where they stim like they simulate like destroying united states infrastructure i don't think that we should be allowing canada to do this especially considering that they're you know much smaller than us much weaker than us much more pathetic than us uh the canadian listen the canadian government does not get to do this and get away with it i would i don't see any reason to stop the keystone xl pipeline it's too late now all of the damages that listen we're going to continue using oil it's not it's not going to stop we were going to purchase oil or more oil because of this pipeline from canada which was going to integrate their economy even more into the united states which is already pretty integrated and we could basically bully them into doing whatever we wanted them to do it seemed like he could have leveraged this pipeline to do something rather than just cut it off i i genuinely believe it's like just this virtually thing it's not really going to do anything like environmentalists might think that this is like oh my goodness yes we're owning a trump admin and we're heading in the right direction we're going to stop climbing no this is just like this is legitimately just virtue signaling we make guess what the only reason that they're doing this is because they don't need the oil because we don't need to buy oil from canada we don't need the pipeline we're energy independent we can get our own oil we have plenty of oil reserves we don't need it the the reason you would do it the reason you would continually integrate the canadian uh crude oil supply is to make it so we're their primary buyer so we have more even more geopolitical leverage over them we can make them do what we want i mean we already basically make them do what we want but apparently not enough because the chinese military just gets to come in and do whatever the they want very concerning behavior from the canadian government anyways um reversing the rollbacks to vehicle emission standards i mean i don't really have a problem with this this is fine listen vehicle emission standards should go up uh we should expect you know cleaner air better environments for our communities this this is something that like is quality of life stuff i'm perfectly on board with all this uh undoing decisions to slash the size of several national monuments okay that's cool i don't really care um that's fine i mean enforcing a temporary moratorium on oil and natural gas leases oh this is the this is the stuff he claimed he wasn't gonna do and then like lefties and democrats were like well technically you know he said that uh he wasn't gonna have any new leases even though they said that you know he was gonna stop fundamentally he was gonna can't stop fracking which he did i mean this is like okay this is the end of government leases to these companies so the industry can no longer expand which basically means it's going to be on the decline now it's a slow death but there you go re-establishing a working group on the social cost of greenhouse gases okay a working group basically means nothing so um on racial lgbt equality um president visiting it is susan e rice who is the head of the domestic policy council as the leader of the robust robust inter-agency effort requiring all federal agencies to make rooting out systemic racism central to their work okay like i guess i would have to see what they're doing in order to understand whether or not i care i just don't i like if you if you want to make sure i yeah whatever yeah you shouldn't shouldn't have racists in government crazy on the economy mr biden is moving to extend a federal moratorium on evictions this is good this is really good i have no problem with this these are really good executive order from mine uh this one is anyways and has asked agencies including the agricultural veterans affairs and housing and urban development departments to prolong a moratorium on foreclosures on federally guaranteed mortgages this is good this is really good this is actually great this is i mean this was the that uh basically donald trump did but he was only doing it like tepid or like tacitly like he was doing it he would he would bump it up like a month at a time and then refuse to extend it for a meaningful period of time i believe they also extended the the payments for student loans uh until september so i mean that's that's uh that's pretty good stuff uh this is all good during a pandemic we need to help people and i'm glad that biden did this stuff on government accountability following the footsteps of some of his predecessors mr biden has established ethic rules for those who serve in his administration that aim to restore and maintain trust in the government he has ordered all of his appointees in the executive branch to sign an ethics pledge which means nothing finally mr biden is freeze on all new regulations put in motion by his predecessor to give his administration time to evaluate which ones it wants to move forward the memorandum is aimed at preventing so-called midnight regulations uh policies pushed through it by a lame duck president unconstrained by electoral considerations the fast pace often cuts short the opportunity for public or industry to review the policies okay so they're going to cut more trump policies that's it

What is the definition of an electronic signature according to the ESIGN Act?

According to the ESIGN Act, an electronic signature is any symbol attached to a document confirming the validity of a signor’s intent to sign. It must always be associated with a signer (contain a digital trace including a timestamp and ID) and also demonstrate the clear intention of signing. airSlate SignNow provides users with a legally-binding eSignature. So any document, contract, or agreement signed with airSlate SignNow is enforceable in the United States and the European Union.

How can I have someone sign on a PDF file?

When you need to get documents signed, send them to the recipient from airSlate SignNow. Upload a PDF/DOCX/image to the service, add fillable fields for text and signatures, and use the Invite to Sign function. Your recipient doesn't need to have an account. They will receive an email notification and get access to the file. When the signer finishes signing the PDFs, you both get signed copies of the document. If you want to raise the security level, on the step of indicating recipients, click Advanced options, add additional authentication: a password, phone call, or SMS. When you get the signed PDF, export the file with History.

Microsoft Word doesn’t provide any tool for creating electronic signatures that are valid and court admissible. Signing documents in DOC/DOCX format requires a professional eSignature solution, like airSlate SignNow. The tool is fully compliant with GDPR, ESIGN, UETA, and other industry-leading acts and regulations. Register an account, upload a .doc file, and drop the My Signature field to eSign. If you need more people to approve your form, place the Signature Field for them and invite them to eSign it.
