In person signing

chris orsini here and today i'm going to show you how you can set up in person signing with docusign so i've already got a room here with a document in it so i'm just going to jump right over to envelopes and create a new envelope and add this document to it so i'm going to name this document just in person signing test and we're going to add that room doc so here it's all going to be the standard series of events that we're going to do in this workflow so we're going to again add pre-tagged roles i'm going to have a seller and i'm going to be the listing agent in this case put myself there add selected now for the seller i'm just going to put test seller and put an email address in there now we want to make sure we change this email subject and it's going to be very important uh because it you're going to be looking up this envelope by the email subject so i'm going to name it test in person signing so now that i've got this uh this envelope all set up i can click next to verify the signatures if i want but if we know that they're where we want them then we can just click save and close so we're not going to be sending it through here now what we want to do is click on our name our our face or our initials up in the top right corner here and choose switch to e signature now this is going to put us over to the e-signature side of docusign and we can click this manage tab up at the top we're going to click on drafts over here on the left and you'll see we have the email subject here test in person signing so remember i said it's very important because look i've got all these other these other envelopes i've created where the email just says please docusign it's going to be pretty hard to navigate which one i'm actually looking for unless you know hey i made it today and all these are old so we're going to click on this one this envelope here test in person signing and we're going to click continue now this uh this looks like a standard envelope for the most part but we've got one uh new option here that we can take advantage of and here where it says needs to sign we're gonna click on that and choose in person signer we're also going to choose the host name and that's going to be you you're hosting it as the agent and then we're going to go to the uh we're going to go through all the people that will be signing in person and just select in-person signer and you will be the host from here we'll click next and then we can verify the signatures again...
