Once you've created an account, this is gonna be the dashboard that you see you'll want to click on the appropriate button here for you signing. generally speaking we're gonna click on the just others button on the next page. it's gonna ask you to upload the document that you need to have signed so go ahead and click on add file and you're gonna want to click on whatever PDF or word doc that you want someone to sign so once the document converts, you're gonna have the option to click on this button which says prepare doc for signing and here you're going to put in the signatures and the date and other fields that you need to have completed before we can click that button. However we do need to indicate here the names of the people who need to sign so in this case we're gonna put in a fake email address for a buyer client named John Smith and he's actually the only person who will need to sign this document so we're gonna go ahead and click prepare. Here's the document in this case there's nothing to sign in the first page so we'll go down to the second page we've already filled in a number of these details so we don't have to touch that the only thing we really need to do is add a signature field for John so as you can see we would just drag the signature box down from here. If for example, we needed him to initial it as well we would drag an initial box down there as well we don't need that so I'm gonna click the X to remove it in this case we'd like to have a date as well so drop that down there and we should be good so just to summarize What's gonna happen is John will receive an email it will open this document for him and then he will be asked to sign here in the signature field and then this date field will automatically populate based on the date which he opens the document. If we were to have another person signing the document, there would be a little arrow here and you would be able to drop down and select the signer for the signature field or the person whose date will be updated. There's also a couple other options for a text box so if you need someone to fill out a form you can drop a text box here and you see this here it will ask the signer to fill it out. When they click on the link to review the document I will remove this because we don't need it and since we're all good here we can go ahead and click continue. Once we've done that, you're able to put an in title of the email that John will receive. So in this case, we'll put something like the agency disclosure form for John and up to you. If you want to include a message at this point we've done everything we need to do we can go ahead and click request signature At this point, the request has been sent if you want to check on your outstanding requests you would click on documents on the left and it'll show you a nice list of the things you've sent in the past which are both signed and pending signature. There's also an option for the documents which aren't signed yet for you to click on send a reminder and that will actually email the client again asking them to remember to take a look and sign the document.
