hello my name is chris and in this tenant cloud instructional video i'm going to show you how to send a notice to a tenant as well as how to send a notice to a tenant for their e-signature from the dashboard you'll want to go up to the tc messenger icon in the upper right corner of your tenant cloud account from here you'll have the option to select the tenants tab where you'll want to select the tenant that you are wanting to send the notice to in this case we'll send one to our test tenant here to send a notice simply go down to the tab that when you hover over it says notice from here you'll have the option to select the lease that is associated with the notice that you want to send to this tenant as well as the notice template that you want to send the tenant in this particular case we'll send a notice that rent is due it'll auto populate the template here and i'll be able to add additional attachments to this notice i can add up to 10 additional files if there's anything additional i want to upload and then i have the option to send this notice for an e-signature electronically through tenant cloud if you don't want to send this for an e-signature simply set the toggle to no you do not want to send the note sign the notice electronically in this particular case we'll select yes and we'll select send to sign you'll see here in the messenger that it says that the notice has a signature pending once the tenant has e-signed this document it will change to a signature and you'll be able to access the document with the tenant's e-signature on it acknowledging that they had received it to create the templates that you'll need to send through the notices tool you'll want to go to the settings button in the upper right corner of your tenant cloud account from here you'll see document templates select document templates and from here you'll see all of the templates that i've created whether it is owner agreements tenant agreements such as lease contracts as well as tenant notices to create your own simply select create new template and walk through the process of creating your tenant notice template in this case we'll simply title it tenant notice select next and it's going to walk you through the steps to create it you'll see here as i was saying that we have a tenant agreement an owner agreement and a tenant notice in this scenario we're going to select tenant notice and click continue this is the template editor inside of the template editor you can simply click inside and type any text that you want in this particular scenario you also have the ability to pull in autofill element tags as you can see i said hello and then i pulled in the...
