this video shows you how to include additional recipients in your signing process it's a great way to keep people that aren't sign the document informed of progress without making more work for you the document owner that secured time do all the hard work for you notification recipients will receive an email when the signing process starts and can keep a track of signing progress from the notification recipients portal completion recipients will receive notification when the sowing process is complete I can invite other people to sign my document using a smart tag document or by selecting a document from my inbox and adding one or more signature blocks either way at the invitation workflow screen I have the option to include both notification and completion additional recipients to see these options in the invitation workflow screen additional recipients must be enabled in your account the my settings page in my account allows you to toggle the notification and completion recipients function on and off from here you can also manage your additional recipients including setting a default notification recipient and a default completion recipient first I'll go ahead and click the checkbox to enable notification recipients of this document and click the view manage button I've already sent notifications to my manager previously so I'll just select my manager as a notification recipient I could also at this point click the add new recipient button you notice the option to make my manager a reviewer if you need someone to review the document before it is signed please watch the demonstration video for adding a reviewer to your signing process I also want this document once it's signed to go to our records team to make that happen automatically I'll enable completion notification for this document and click the view manage button to select our records team on the invitation workflow screen I can now see the due date that I have enabled notification and completion recipients for this document which will be signed by John I'll go ahead and send the invitation looking at my managers inbox we can see the notification email from secured signing that I have invited John to sign this document the invitation contains a link to the notification recipients portal where my manager can keep track of the status of the signing process for a complete walk for the portal please watch the video working with the notification recipients portal we're looking now at our invitees inbox and the invitation to sign the document the inclusion of additional recipients does not change the signing process for the invit II you can watch our other demonstration videos on how to sign for more details on this process of course as the document owner I received notification the signing process is complete along with all the invitees to the document now the document is signed our completion notification was geon's will be notified looking at the inbox for our records team we can see the completion notification showing the full document log with the signed document attached thanks for watching this video showing how secured signing can automate notification of the signing process to include people other than the enmity and the document owner to find out how notification recipients can be signed to a reviewer role please watch the video covering how to add a reviewer to your signing process
