Your auditor will request your authorization from within the application. This action generates an automated e-mail to the e-mail address your auditor has on file for you. This email contains a secure link allowing you to electronically sign and return your authorization directly to the auditor's Confirmation account. This e-mail also contains important contact information for you and your auditor You'll be able to see the contact information and the company or companies for which your auditor is requesting authorization. To provide authorization, select the country you reside in from the drop-down list If you're not sure which country to select, click the need help selecting link. Sign your name within the signature area provided on the screen If you're using a mouse, hold the left mouse button down while writing within the box. You can also use your finger or stylus to sign if you're using a touchscreen-enabled device. Note there is an option to clear the signature area, allowing you to redo your signature if needed. Once complete, click save to return your authorization to your auditor via Confirmation.
