hey guys it's captain clutter welcome back to another boxing video today i have something kind of special it's uh i sent off some things to get authenticated some some autographs get authenticated um through psa psa dna and um this is probably like my third or fourth time honestly sending it to them the first time it was like really complicated like i i was really intimidated by their form it took me forever to like bring myself to look at it a million instructions um i was confused by all the shipping the shipping tables and stuff and um actually i think i got i sent the mulan one for authentication like i studied her autograph a lot jamie chung and like on through the listings on ebay um comparing it to ones that were authenticated and i kind of figured like this is real but i forgot what maybe like want to send this one out i think i might have sent a few of them together because um you just save more money on shipping when you combine uh submissions so like i was like you know what just just take it out of the frame um just go through the hassle of it and then just put it back in the frame forever you know just like a peace of mind and so i sent that one and it was really cool to like get that one authenticated like just that extra layer of like yes it's this is real you know um so i sent that they don't have they don't have like a database for um overwatch actors i have you can see the one from jen cohn for farah and then um up on top i have one from rc lucy poll they don't they don't provide authentications for them just like it's like famous actors and entertainment and stuff like that so i don't know what else i've gotten um the seven of nine i don't know if you can see it but that one came authenticated already um a lot of these like the price for authentication is like 20 per autograph unless they're like really popular or rare then they might be more um i don't think what else i have i think i sent that one by itself i just kind of like wanted to try out the system and then the next time i sent some stuff what did i send oh i sent a janeway one i have it over here no it's um where did i put it i think it's right here oh it's right here oh geez i get this one from a seller off ebay and i think i ended up paying like 70 bucks which is kind of expensive i mean she's she's the captain seriously but um it seemed real also because like um it does have this like watermark from star trek voyager but the back i saw that it had was it the back oh no it was the front the front um part of the watermark it had creation entertainment which is the convention whoops which is like it's like a a company that holds conventions for these actors to and the fans to connect so i've been to one before which is actually related to these autographs but um seeing that i was like it's real and i could kind of recognize it but it's just really cool to like have it authenticated through um the most reputable like third company party like you know it's like psa is better than nothing i guess um so anyway let's get on to the new stuff i sent this recently it takes about a month to get back which i thought honestly was a long time at first but then i was looking to the cgc comics not authentication but the um grading services and those i i just learned it takes like four months so all of a sudden um one month doesn't seem so bad and so i got this back um i think actually kind of early i think i expected this like next week and it's already here so i'll go ahead and open this one first so it's kind of a lot of anxiety about sending these to them because like this is a really giant photo this is probably like a 16 bytes one i know eleven by four eleven by fourteen photo and um i did like a little bit i filmed a little bit of me opening this in the first place and it came when this like calendar i got it from france the seller was from france i'm sure the photo originally came from the us and then the french person brought it back to france and then i bought it from them so now it's back in the us and so they shipped it in this like giant macaroons like kind of like a wall calendar it was super thick and um i ended up just like trimming it down to size and sending the picture in that holder like to psa dna just to like protect it from from bending and shipment so yeah that's always like a lot of anxiety is like sending things to them um in perfect condition and trusting them to send it back okay so yeah it's pretty like psa dna they always send with all these fragile stickers it's pretty recognizable and they usually make you sign for it through ups but um luckily the past couple times i've had it held in my ups store and i don't have to be at home to receive it okay so they they often like they often send your item back in the same holder that you sent them so let's see if they sent me back that calendar i don't think so they'll send it back in like kind of that um that see-through what's that stuff called oh top loader that's what it's called though usually if you send in a top loader they'll send you the same top loader back but they'll like pack their own cardboard okay i think it's my receipt i was like here's like the top loader and i'm like what's this piece of paper doing out here i'm like okay i think it's just like they would send you a copy of like your form your submission form okay so so i'm pretty sure these were like real autographs because it also came from creation entertainment i think and they sent me like a cert but then the cert was like it's from a company that like honestly doesn't exist anymore so i was kind of like yeah it's kind of legit but it's no longer relevant so i'm like it's probably best if i just send it out to psa dna now have a sticker on it and then i can frame it for life so i'm pretty sure it's real but here we go okay cool so when you see like so they just like they're pretty good about sending stuff back unlike unlike um zazzle you know these cardboards they don't bend as easily i guess or at least they double cardboard it but so when you um when you get it back you like definitely want to make sure if we want to see a certificate and so this is what you're paying for um oh so this was a giant i didn't pay for this but um this was a really giant like autograph so um let me show it to you this is actually a triple autograph hopefully the glare's not too bad but it's um it's like the three main women on the star trek voyager cast and so we have roxanne dawson kate mulgrew and jerry ryan and they're not in their like star trek uniform which is really rare for me to get autographs for like i usually like them in character uniform and stuff but this picture is so gorgeous like i just had to get it and then their autographs are really good um it was numbered out of 50 i think different conventions had like their own run of these so i've seen ones that are unnumbered um which look legit too but it just seems yeah i don't know how they did it back then but um this is just really cool uh so so usually their autographs each one of them would be 20 but they they have a deal where like i think up to i think up to five or something whatever number it is but it it came up to be uh 50 for this so like that price pays for like the sticker here the sticker on the um item itself which matches the certificate and um usually for like ten dollars more you can upgrade your littles this is like the two and a half or three by three card for like a letter and so i definitely didn't pay for this but i guess they just kind of included it but usually like this letter cost like an extra 10 or something yeah see letter grade letter upgrade optional 10 i didn't check it but they did it anyways maybe it was just kind of included because the price of this was 50 bucks but um so it just says you know the date that they looked at it october 27 2020 it says their certification number um us they've been doing this recently they'll take a picture of like your item actually if you look up like this certain number online i think it'll have a picture of your item as well but it just says like to whom may concern psa dna authentication services has examined this jerry ryan roxanne dawson and kate mulgrew signed a photograph in our opinion the the aforementioned signatures are authentic please note the numbering was written in an unknown hand that's the numbering um uh the 25 out of 50 on the bottom right so it says the signature or signatures are consistent considering slant flow pen pressure letter size and other characteristics that are typical of other exemplars that we have examined in our hobby and professional career as part of the authentication process the item has been permanently marked with a proprietary invisible inked that contains a patented strand of synthetic dna which will fluoresce under a calibrated laser in addition a tamper evident label containing a unique alphanumeric certification number has been placed on the item or on this letter of authenticity verify the validity of the certification number and exact image at psacard.com dna cert and then on behalf of the authentication team and they just signed it so it's also got a sticker on this on this paper too that's cool so they're located in newport beach which is really close to my house it takes me like a day for it to get there um this is cool i totally didn't pay for this but um that's nice that they included it um oh yeah so far i actually did get one autograph that was kind of like sketchy i i bought an autograph from it's probably like australia and there's like no autographs of of robin wright as antiope um i don't know why she just like didn't sign anything and so i kind of saw one from the seller um it looked a little sketchy but honestly i compared it to one that was authenticated from beckett and and like it looks pretty similar to that so i sent it to psa psa was like we can't we can't decide we can't decide either way yes it is real or no it's fake and so they actually refunded my money for that autograph so they gave me 20 credit which i then used on like something else um that's why i sent like multiple times to them although you lose although it's like it's not cost effective for shipping so yeah that's the only one that i've gotten back that's like been questionable and so i haven't framed it that autograph yet it's on a strangely sized piece of paper too a size photograph it's like maybe a 5x7 but it's kind of weird it's like a european photograph size um so yeah so far um i've been pretty good with with noticing if they're like real or not and then it's just really cool to get them authenticated so let's open up my other box this is definitely for me to keep even though even though i don't plan to sell it i'm like dude i want to authenticate it cause that's just really cool okay let's stick this here okay so i also got two funko pops signed i got them planned in person okay i got them signed in person but um i was having trouble like selling them on ebay because everyone was like i want to start with this um and i'm like i went in person they don't do that you know the convention was called creation entertainment and um and i just like i i really hope these things pass because if they say this are wrong it's like shoot i know they're real you know okay so i sent two funko pops originally in one big box with this with the three triple autograph together and so they sent them separately the photograph came in its own um its own folder and then this one came in a really heavily packed box oh my god that's so mean i sent them this these pops in sorters and they they came back without sorters that's so mean my sword is back okay so um there's just a lot of this like really stiff cardboard uh stiff um i don't know wrapping paper brown paper and it's like i hope it came back in good condition because [Applause] okay i'm sure it did [Applause] okay so they just like bubble wrapped it together okay good i see i see one i see one assertive uh let's see one search sticker which is good [Applause] honestly okay so i got here's what it looks like um oh my god so they kind of they only wrapped like the outside and it's not even like really secure together but that's okay i'll just open it quick um so actually i was i was kind of i kind of didn't know how to submit these autographs because photographs it's like it's super simple it's a photograph if it's a certain size over you know it's a different shipping quote back but for these i was like what category is this and so i just picked figurine even though i was kind of thinking like as a sport company maybe they're thinking about like trophies and stuff but looking over the categories over and over i'm just like okay it's a figurine but it's in a box and so i just pick figurine um so that makes the shipping category into like the first category instead of like the photo category um but spread over like three items it's not as bad this is super cool i'm honestly i've had a lot of trouble selling these and it's great that they are now sort of okay i see vault stickers i'm so happy i'm so happy oh my god okay so here's the one from colin colin o'donoghue he plays captain hook on once upon a time and i went to the creation entertainment convention and then i already knew like my my my ticket level got me like five autographs included in the price so then i i tried to bring as many funko pops as i could or something for them to autograph and so for colin i brought um captain hook and so you can see his autograph honestly i wasn't sure if they would be able to tell that's real i'm like i mean it's like it's a messy autograph you know it's like it's a c and it's like you know squiggles and then he even drew like a hook here which i wasn't sure if the company knew like what that was or if i doodled on it or something but they put the sticker on the side um and then they did put it inside like this plastic sleeve and then in this heavier bubble wrap so the box came back in pretty good condition um i was surprised like i was worried about that too like if they would bring back the sorters that i sent them so yeah i'm glad and so yeah it turns out like funko pops are figurines which i know they are but like i wasn't sure if that's what they meant as well so that is captain hook where where are the actual certs do they give me a little like three by threes it's probably in the box i'll look at them later okay so here is the next one this is um lana perea she plays regina and i got her fireball funko signed um i think it's because like the original one with the apple was the apple the apple was getting to be kind of expensive so i was like let me just sign this one i think this box was better too so i got this one signed and there's her sticker and so this would be really cool i mean i've had a lot of people ask me like oh does this come with a cert and i'm like ah gosh let me just send it all and let me send it away so that's really cool okay so let me look for the little three by three certs maybe oh you know what they did maybe this took them all together okay maybe i i bet that's what they did so they sent me a bunch of paper right so they always send me copies of like the form that i sent and then i gave them this for the triple autograph i gave them like a copy of the cert that i received with it um in case they it helps their decision they gave me a packing slip the packing slips um have like your certs that they've assigned to it and then your uh your item description oh they call it a toy box i don't think that was a category but um maybe it is a toy box not a figurine okay maybe they put all the shirts together oh i think they did they're so smart i hope i only feel two i have a one two three five four five five four four okay these are the two search for these two where's my shirt oh that's what i thought i'm like they don't give you both okay so for some reason um they just upgraded my my cert from my photo to this one just because of the size or the cost of the autograph and so you either get the small squares or you get the letter and then they just upgraded it to the letter for free which i don't know if i prefer it i kind of like the three by three squares but it's okay i don't plan to sell this anyway but this is the cert for the photograph and then the small squares are for the funkos okay that clears up i'm so glad i sent it to me and
