what you guys got another video here for you in this one we're going to be taking a look at how we can copy text from images now this is pretty important when you're working in companies and businesses sometimes you need to copy text from images or even need to copy text from say a paper document and I'll show you how to do that in another video but this one we're going to be taking a look at how we can extract the text from an image and then convert that into a document so you can then edit that text and so I'll show you two ways of doing this a free way and also office way using OneNote so first off what we're going to do here is go to the actual documents so if we've got a document here we can see a document with some text I'm going to open this up inside paint so you're going to right click on this and open with I'm going to go to paint here so here we have our text inside an image you can see it's a PNG image and to extract this what we need to do is open up our OneNote for OneNote comes with this little pop-up box which it says send to OneNote and what we want to do here is screen clipping so we're going to click on screen clipping and what we're going to do is highlight this text here like so now we need to copy this to our clipboard and then inside the OneNote create a new document just going to open this up and we can right click in here and paste okay now once we get this into here so we just don't close this back one off and this one so this is now in OneNote as you can see here now from here what we need to do we can right click on this and you can see here there is now a feature called copy text from picture click on this and now we can open up word we can open up a blank Word document you can right click on this now and we can paste and you should now have all that text inside there they may need to make a few little changes to tidy this up to the way it was or the way you want it you can add bullet points wherever you like but now you've got a complete editable slide the document as you can see here which we didn't have before so let me just show you another way of going about doing this just in case you don't have a Microsoft OneNote option available to you so if you don't have that one what you can do is go to this website here this is a free website and it does free online OCR service so you need to do here is select...
