hi everyone this is Brad the other day I was asked if you could add text to an already created PDF and the answer is yes here's how you can do it you want to select fill and sign in the upper right hand corner and then you want to select add text when you select add text you can see the options that come up here but to change any of them you have to select where you want your text to go so I want it right around the middle as soon as you do that you're gonna see your options come up for the different font styles now I'm gonna leave it and what was already selected and then you can see your size goes from 6 all the way to 24 now what I'm gonna do is I'm going to type my name in this text box around should you need to so what I'm gonna do is I'm going to close out of it here and now I want to come down here and I want to just put in a signature so if I select place signature you're gonna see some options that come up here so if I select it you can see here's Joe Smith if I want to change that though what I can do is I can just say change or clear I'm gonna change it right now and I'm going to type my signature so when I do that I'm gonna type in Brad Dale now you're also gonna have different styles there's four styles to choose from so I think that one's the best I'm gonna select accept and I'll put it right down in here you can see how you can move the text box around as well should you like to you can also enlarge it if you would like to do that so there you go that's how you can do that and with the Joe Smith if you want to just remove that you want to right click delete maybe you want to put some initials in here so go ahead if we select place initials we can just put BD and again you have four styles to choose from let's choose this one select accept place it right here again you can make it a little larger should you like to do that close out there you go that's how you can add texts initials signature into an already created PDF and you can also add a check mark should you like to as well that's just one thing where you can just say check and again if you'd like to delete it just to right click and Billy so there you go if you have any questions let me know thanks for watching take care bye bye
