The BEST Decision We Made

What do you like best?

We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

What do you like best?

It is innovative to send documents to customers and obtain your signatures and to notify customers when documents are signed and the process is simple for them to do so. airSlate SignNow is a configurable digital signature tool.

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

Copy myriad calculated

hello everyone I'm going to cover this as a I'm trying to click this down there as a kind of summary and a comparison of skills different ways to do things and as you start working with different instructors and different students you'll see there are a myriad of ways to do things with an AutoCAD particularly important ones are you might want to learn a couple different ways and so I'm going to start here in this drawing I've done a file new I hope file new and I grabbed the decimal drawing I've got to go to a particular spot there decimal feet and hitting open so there's different ways to do that we all have different settings and i'm going to point out at a home as soon as i right click I can't get anything right click can't get anything so we'll live with that I'm going to change my layer you can change my current layer remember you right-click in any toolbar to bring up another set of toolbars and to go to the layer toolbar and change my lair to object and Mike layers turned off so what do I do well I also go to click on that and I just click on the light bulbs so somehow I've got this wrong all the time so you can actually set up I'm left clicking right clicking in space and erasing that's one way to do in a race I'm going to do you for undo you for undo as soon as my keyboard comes in undo I could also grab something and hit the Delete key you for undo instead of you for undo i can click they're always different ways to do things and my preference will be for the most part in the intro class to teach you the short Qian's and then stick to the mouse that's so later as you accumulate more commands that are not as used as often you can actually use the toolbar and or the toolbars or ribbon to do that so I'm going to once again I'm going to leave that one around I'm going to go through my construction that I've done before this time watch i'm switching to the view and in class I shown you how to draw a box and how I'm going to continue to tell you to draw a box by drawing lines but there's another way to draw a box and that is a rectangle i'm clicking there clicking on that and this time i am not going to read what it's asking i'm just going to say at ten I'm sorry 20 count of 20 escape escape the c 8 z space east lace you usually can do that by double click on the middle mouse as well remember that one thing i want to really let you to know is that you make things in with rectangles or with some of these other tools like polygons be immediately become connected together and so you really don't want to run around with your drawing like that so you learn that the first letter of most commands is the key in for one exception to that is explode and it is just X so I can either click something at exit or say X spacebar and it asks for objects select them spacebar through and now it's broken up so remembering then that there are different ways verb noun or noun verb but the reality is noun verb mean grabbing things and then changing is probably the best way to go into the new software world so you're going to grab it first and then you're going to make the change remember 04 offset t4 through select your object there are different ways to give snaps or end points one of them is to go shift right click another one is just to type in end when it's looking for a point and it will go to their that went in the wrong spot so I'm going to do you for undo Oh for offset through 44 through mid grab this and you notice my snap it's not grabbing once again mid it only grabs it once click that change it to center line all kinds of different ways to draw a circle the way that we've been concentrating at it is up here with the circle tool because you have a forced-choice you can all just type c for circle and then you have all your choice is laid out or three point to point tangent tangent radius and it's assuming tangent tangent radius it's not assume that any change the radius it's assuming center point for circle shift right click the intersection of their shift right click the endpoint or the intersection there all kinds of different ways to extend one way is to turn on your dynamic and extend but I do believe that extend space bar for screw that click it out getting rid of everything by selecting all kinds of different ways to erase erase delete so there's infinite ways to do things pull off set t4 through there are also best ways shift right click and the best way may vary for you offset t4 through shift right click what you'll see in this construction now because the way we started a lever by making the rectangle you will see that this line li for list is going left to right and this line li the list is going down and so that is why we don't necessarily do the rectangle even though it takes a lot less time that said I'm going to show you now different ways to change the length of the line try to not use them all but i'm going to start just by drafting a line look doing a problem for it s 3 just to start I'm arbitrarily taking a point I've got mice or thalon so I'm turning it off I'm going to draft the first line as I hope you all get in the habit of doing the first line with the at commands and ever possible so at 2.85 angle 143 you notice I put it down not on the correct quote-unquote letter so I can grab that go up to here and change it I don't need to do right click properties though grabbing it left-click going to properties it's the best single way to change a lot of things so you can change it that way by going to object so you can also do it by i'll change it back to centre line right now clicking at it and then going up here you can do it a myriad of ways so you'll see as I grab the right click properties that's probably not the most efficient way but I am trying to put the one most transferable way and then you will learn other ways as you go all right the first part of this video is the way different way to rotate things I'm going to start with what I consider the best way one of the best ways and the reason why is it setting you up for a basic standard of knowledge that when you are doing copies moves translates rotates you are doing transformations these are mathematical operations and a lot of software is going to work that way but mostly I'd like to do it this way because they get to use the you know bad kid in school analogy so here's what I'm going to do with that drawing I'm going to select by whoever i select I can select with the window left to right right to left we'll talk about the difference i can select one thing again that's kind of a natural way i'm selecting one thing saying you are going to the principal's office i left click over my logical point and I take my hand off the mouse so my brain doesn't get wigged out g me move that they're my brain is going to wig out if i leave the mouse about where it is I go down to the spacebar and I look at my choices spacebar spacebar spacebar spacebar there are five of them want to stretch one is move one is rotate on a scale one is mirror so i go to what i want to do the biggest thing you're going to see here that you're going to forget to do is not to hit see four copies so you had C for copy and then you give it the rotation angle knowing using your right hand and the system that we're drafting in here 85 escape escape so that is one way to do a rotate I'm going to go out do a copy here the same way and this going to lay these things across the page you'll see they're all the same but a left click now left clicks face bar C for copy and I'm going to give it the new point over here so this i'm just going to do the same kind of drawing so basically this is the same starting point escape escape escape others will tell you and these are all equally good ways to grab rotate select your object or select your object and grab rotate is asking for base point that's your logical spinny point or base point endpoint there C for copy and then you give it them 85 degrees that's the second way we'll do it again one more I'm going to left click here left click space bar C for copy move this out over here so the first way was the way I would tell you is a good way to transfer to other software the second way is to just use the Move command up here or the move came a command over there this next way is a great way it's the way one of the books caught it and it is this minus array and you'll see a ray or minus array or the same thing minus ar- array you're going to select the objects that you're going to copy and rotate you're going to say p for polar center point of the base is the end point you're going to tell if you want two items and you're going to tell if the distance there the angle between them 85 and then you're going to say rotate the items that's a third way to do rotations and finally I'll take it back to real history if you think I'm being a dinosaur and probably am and like it sometimes left click here see if you can follow this one copy the object here from the end point of that to aunt in other words i copied something on top of itself rotate what object la for last basepoint aunt rotation angle 85 personally that's one of my favorites i'm going to do it one more time it's so good I'll just take this left click left click space bar C for copy put one out here once again wash copy select my object I just got one base point the endpoint second base point at get a return rotates last base point at rotation 85 and that you probably learn one of the most important commands in the selection set world that is last typing la what it's looking for for a selection set gives you the last object typing PR gives you the previous object and you'll see over time there's a lot of value to doing things that way because you're setting up good selection sets when you're doing stuff like this and highlighting I'm not sure that it's setting up selection sets but it is relevant so now let me take you to all of these and do some again the preferred way to do these transformations you're going to grab a cross grab everything you want you're going to left-click and one the logical spinny point and sometimes a logical spinny point is not or the logical move point is not on the things but you still need to get this started by left clicking at a logical spinny point space barring through and let's say I'm going to do a rotate here maybe I want to just copy it so i'm going to type c and I now i go around i'm doing a copy rotation and then i can ahead and you notice it's give me a visual hear that your computers are not set for I can go here and I can just pick or type in my rotation point last bit just watch it will cover in class a couple of times select logical reference point spacebar spacebar C for copy reference your reference angle you have to give it from a point at your second point is the end point and then you're going to give it and drag it to a new point a new direction that reference is probably the single most important thing to learn how to do it and that's a reason why to do things with the left click left click over the top this referencing things is going to be huge thanks for listening this will be a required video to watch I know it may not seem that way but these are different ways to rotate things thanks for listening bye
