yeah yeah there's more components but this radio of the 655 because it's a straight AM radio I will go ahead and give them a little more zip you'll see it here in a second looks a little break the 955 is considering you're a sideband radio it's important that the tune primarily is sy bein you with me on that it's a side banter to hack it up means up by one of these you don't just turn bias voltage down and try to compensate for inabilities you don't do that so anyways uh I may as well just call this the signature tune let's let's get into this a little bit 655 yeah there it is that's the whole real yep again is that a solder to me that cool nice yeah yeah don't be looking for no crazy stuff because you're not really gonna see it about 15 components so anyways let's celebrate there's speed chassis and the 447 HPC - if you don't have the room straight am Sipan small the unit own now with this here's another one this is gonna go on mine see that no I'm not a machine shop okay and that's all a sliced with a chop saw see the difference you light through there there's a couple places I could take the pieces out but if someone had like your bandsaw or a machine shop and knew what they were doing buy something small here a second then you don't mind do the end so it breaks off that's why I left that what kind of thick but if you can slice these my blade was too big for that see the razor blade because slice these again so there's more surface area for error someone that knows what they're doing can do that quickly and effectively efficiently there are like five screws II have to take out plus three for the transistor and choosing three solder joints now this screw here yet remove a coil on the radio unless you're very good with a screwdriver my C just is removed the coil so you have one two three four five sim this one this one this one here there and there and then the three four the three transistors match is going to be white grease all over the place and these three solder joints they're good with the ironing tools don't move don't be bending the transistors back just leave it alone everything the way it is just remove all the components the three screws the insulators this you need a solder sucker to move all this off of there and clean it take this off there's my two screws right there take this off so I can see the top so I did that nothing spectacular but if you know the radio on how that's designed like that is a solid piece there's no way it gets air like that it absorbs the heat and then it's stuck this way it will get rid of the heat this I'm going to be putting mine back in the Jeep I don't think I'll put a xxx in my Jeep I really don't I'm I really don't you know the barefoot think 2013 is why it's 22 trying to show the world man what well radio almost identical it's the 655 I got videos on that radio but just a little bit more punch a little bit a little bit more slicing and dicing same clarity just a little bit different with the echo on well I'll show a video you'll see common well compa graticule on the percent of modulation the forward modulation and be able to run a little bit cooler than this would at the same amount of continuous power there are different radios this is gonna talk on side bands the side band er I'm gonna make it the primary no matter what I don't care who works on they should always do that with one of these radios I'm not the law nothing like that but to hack up one of these radios and make it swing like a whatever on just you know AM and destroy sideband by turning the biasing down or not knowing how to bias it you know like using a scope don't do that push the 655 if you know how to bias it well I'm that's what I'm gonna show him is show one nope whoof did you yeah see he said he knows it did you see Wolfe County who want it or Cody is you good Kyle you're bad coyote right once all over you anyways 655 you know I've discussed this before about radios that all I recommend and what I recommend is pretty much gonna be what you want I try not to discuss other Rios or put them down them a lot of the things like from I have nothing against Vietnamese people at all but those radios coming from there I stopped years ago there's a reason you know selling them or promoting them things could always change but Philippines Malaysia you know some China you know it's all good stuff but I don't know what's really happened with some of the manufacturing plants per likely generally an HP board etc yuck okay yuck anyways uh getting back to the 6:55 again I'll show a video I'll try to remember what I was just talking about here maybe I'll add it onto this one and I I want to show you something else about what you could do with a heatsink I did a slice and dice on the heatsink that you guys can do yourself and if I remember again I mean I can only do so much in a day if you only knew what I did in each day you'd be amazed but um something that you could do yourself you'll need some tools have to be all the solder or don't do it and then you'd be able to take these heat sinks to like a machine shop do better than I did oh yeah all I gots a chop saw thank God I still got all my fingers you know outside and a chop saw it sucks but some of you guys are pretty darn handy I know that really handy so you might do it yourself to get a machine chop slice and dice
