Easy to use and turn around times are great. I can get my client's signatures on documents in a matter of minutes. Previously to using airSlate SignNow, I had to wait for the clients to print out documents to sign and scan back to me. Esign boy scout camp physical form

hey guys here SP look shoot 99 I hope at the time you see this video you're doing well and you're in good health but because I can't do this in a meeting I wanted to go ahead just a video and give you a you know a video demonstration of I don't you know how to how to pack for summer camp so what you're seeing right now is exactly how I would show up to the church for summer camp when we depart what I what you're seeing is right here is my day pack this is what I'm gonna bring in the bus and it's what's they go around with me on the camp behind that I have a small cot that I bring if you could get one that fits near supply Locker this one is probably just an inch bigger than I can and then I could fit but I've had it for a while so that's what I've got this is my Foot Locker that I got I've had this thing for six going on seven years I've never really had any problems that I got it at Bass Pro for I think thirty thirty-five dollars overall it's a good investment and if you're a first year you know I wouldn't say skimp and get ones $15 but definitely you know don't go out and spend too much money on one but the first thing I want to break into is my day pack so this day pack like I said it's I'm gonna bring in my bus just everything on India in the bus when I go to my Barre badges during the camp but I'll take a run with me see how it's good get right answer so first thing I have is a wallet during summer camp there's gonna be a lot of times to go to the training post and you know get some candy get some snacks screw hungry or just buy a souvenir such as a t-shirt snow along the lines of that and so you don't want kind of just like loose change going around you're going around your pack so what I have here is just a little wallet I got five below it's a hundred dollar bill like it's kind of funny nothing you put in here is your tote and chip things like that and so that's the first thing I have as a wallet next thing I have is a little first-aid kit we just went over the first aid merit badge that goes over how to make a first-aid kit so this is has everything I need in it it's a it's obviously really small but this goes with me everywhere I go and like with every item I have on this list it does have my initials and 99 on it just so if it does get misplaced I can identify his mind next because we're on the bus ride I do have a portable charger it's a two hour 20 hour bus drive so if you could get something that's probably I'd say three or four charges that would work the best obviously we're not going to have any electronics in the camp but just for the bus right I do have a portable charger next thing I have is a watch I just mentioned that we're not gonna have any electronics training camp so there's me sometimes when you're gonna want to know the time and you're not gonna have to look at so if you do just get a little a little watch like this you don't have to go buy an expensive one I have to replace this one it just broke but you can go to Walmart and you can pick up a you know a decent watch for probably 10 15 bucks next thing I have some Gold Bond you're gonna be walking a lot and you know chasing things like that is going to be a problem and so if you do have any any issues you can just kind of put some of this in your hand and apply wherever you need to put it honestly this has been a lifesaver during a lot of camps especially things like you know where you're hiking well like the backpack and campout so Gold Bond is definitely something I would be taking with me they do have spray versions if you prefer that too next time is a pin I brought a blue pin because I don't like signing my name in black but there's gonna be a lot of merit badges we're gonna write essays things like that you're gonna want to jot notes down for your classes or even you're just gonna you know sometimes after my day I kind of like to just reflect and write a little bit about what happened and so pin is definitely a need unless you want to purchase one for five dollars from the JT post sorry next thing I have is some sunglasses on a day like this when there's no clouds you're gonna want something two blocks out the Sun so this probably isn't the pair that I'd bring to center summer camp but just example these these are a pair of sunglasses that moving into the main compartment just where I'm majority of the stuff the important stuff is so the first thing I have it is my rain gear so I just got a nice basic raincoat and to go with that I have a pair of rain pants so a lot of times you know there's some isolated thunderstorms up in the mountains and they'll blow on you and you won't really realize it and that's when it's a good time to carry that near in your day packing so you can just break it out when you need to next thing I have is a bandana a lot of times you know you can get sweaty or you're playing games you want to keep your hair out of your face and so this is a good thing if you just want to roll it up like this put it over your head wipe the sweat off your face there's really so many uses for a bandana and I usually try to carry one of my day bag next is a hat again when it gets really sunny and you're trying to keep the Sun out of your eyes a hat is definitely a need I know a lot of you guys already have one I think I have an extra true penny that I want if anybody wanted to buy it off of me but yeah I have next thing I have is my Scout Handbook there's just that place in that you're not gonna want to need for if you're going to be in the equal Club program or besides that there's some there's a lot of like I have a lot of bookmark pages in here I don't know if you can see but there's a lot of things that you can just quickly reference that are going to be good to have and of course there's going to be some down time down time in camp and if you ever you know not really doing anything you want to go to somebody who can knock out some requirements with you or you know a varsity Scout stuff like gonna be something that you'll want to have next like I just mentioned a lot of downtime and camp so a couple of ways I deal with you know not having a lot to do is reading this is my favorite book Fahrenheit 451 if you haven't read it I would definitely recommend it my reading is a good pastime you can kind of you got to get lost in the book and just realize it and that you know forget that an hours gone by but there's a couple other ways to do things property other one is just some playing cards I I couldn't find mine playing cards are definitely one of the you know most common ways to pass time during camp so if you do have a deck of playing cards or something like that that you want to bring that's definitely a okay with the pen I do have a notebook survivors wanted to write some thoughts down or you know right on my essays for a merit badge so I'll use merit badges to give you homework that you just have to go do it'll take you like 30 minutes and so no book is always good to have another thing that passed a time if you wanted to bring up a ball or a soccer ball something like that maybe even a frisbee just something that's not too big that you can keep your supply locker again that's gonna be a good thing to have and usually someone who brings fun but you don't want to get stuck in a situation where nobody has one next thing I have is my jacket this is my extra pen 9 jacket so if I ever get cold or in the morning as I just went though a song usually apply wear this to my morning classes and then end up just putting it back in my day pack and using it if I need it again you know Mike it's chillier during the night time last thing is some knowledge means you're going to want to you're going to want two of these this one has never had anything but water in it so there's soap you might water now Jean and the reason we have a water now Jean and again if I had a second one that would be my flavored beverages now Jean is again work we're in bear country and bears are gonna smell anything so you're gonna want obviously going to want some water that you can you know if you wake up in the middle of night you're thirsty and you want to stay hydrated you'll have that but you don't want to be keeping anything in your tent that the Bears could smell and then they're trying to get in your tent and all of a sudden you know you're in a situation you don't want to be in so once again never had water in it I never had anything but water in it so this be my water one it is one quart and then I would have a separate knowledge eating where I could put things like kool-aid sweetie things in or you know if I wanted to bring some powder which I advise against but I think they probably have some water buffaloes that we would put out that you could fill up with and then again if you wanted to have a water bladder that you could stick in here you know comes out back over here those as long as you just water that is also fun so this is the biggest thing if you're not drinking water we're gonna take you down the mountain which requires two deep leadership it's gonna be a big inconvenience to us so if I make sure to stay hydrated and if you're not there kind of take you down and stick an IV in here which is not fun so that's everything in my day pack that's what I'd be taking around camp so I have on the bus with me no more no less you know honestly that entire day pack weights more than everything that's in this truck I'll break this down right here I have my name and my troop on it also I have a lock I talked about that in the document you don't definitely want people picking in your stuff ee don't want a bear breaking initiative so the nice little combination log again right here I had my name marked because I had room I went ahead and just bought my whole pillow normally I'd bring a camp pillow but because I've been packed a lot I had room for this and that's just kind of one of those luxuries that I get to have because I didn't pack much next because I'm in the Oh way I had my OS a sh they did do a couple you know Oh a ceremonies there and if you're in no way remember you're gonna want to wear something like that so I have my brotherhood sash next right now I'm wearing what I would call camp shoes these are things that you're gonna want to you know you get back to camp and you take off your hiking boots you're gonna one of them air out and so I just slipped some some camp shoes on going to the shoe theme here these this is my first pair of hiking boots ever from camp Oh Hannah pay back in 2014 I think but they go above my ankle they have a lot of support very thick very sturdy and they're broken in I would buy you know I want to see if you could I would buy hiking boots right now if you can't I promised I'd go as maybe a month out and then just wear those around the house whenever you can to hopefully break them in and so when you finally do get to camp you're not going to be getting you know hot spots and blisters all the time and you'll be able to walk around comfortably there are showers there and we are having a mandatory shower that you'll have to take at theme today I can get my dog on the way okay so I just have some cheap sandals you can go to Dick's and buy something for like 20 bucks Academy and things like that but just think I can wear in the shower so I'm not getting any germs that might be on the shower floor and I can hopefully not get athlete's foot next like I mentioned it can get as cold as 30 degrees in the mornings in the mountains and then eventually we warm up to you know maybe even up to 90 degrees in the afternoons so in the morning so I just have a little beanie that if I wanted to wear I could just slap on and then done with it I can put in my day pack let's see next I couldn't find my headlamp but just imagine I have a headlamp in this hand but I have a headlamp and some extra batteries another thing you might want to have is a lantern that you can stick inside your tent so that you haven't a little bit of extra lighting it during the night time another thing I have is a little mug you'll be eating most of your meals and dining hall but if you do want to you know just sit in camp and have some I don't know if we'll have any coffee or anything probably if the adults are in the area but I do bring them up to all my camp outs let's see toiletries these are all the toiletries you'll need for a week you'll have toothbrushes toothpaste a stick of deodorant and it's a body wash maybe a comb if you needed it but I don't see you need meeting much more than what I have in my hands here this is the only thing in my entire pack that you can smell besides that gold botton over there and probably my first aid kit and my spell water bottle so at the end of the day I take one of these gallon ziplock bags that I have I'd stick all my smells in and before I go to bed I go ahead and stick those in the in the bear bear box so I have nothing my tenth good smell so once again into my toiletries moving on to clothing I have the way I swore my clothes as I put them all in one gallon freezer Ziploc bags it is important that you do get the freezer bags and I'll talk about them that in a minute but I sort them into underwear shorts shirts I have one for my sleeping gear socks and then just kind of a miscellaneous which I'll get to so I did we didn't have any freezer bags in my house and I'll talk about you know why we need the freezer bags but we did have the gallon ziplock bags so in here I just have four shirts I have two long-sleeve class B's and - well one short sleeved Class B and then just next tee shirt so if I had a freezer bag what I would do is I'd open it just about right here and then what I'll do I don't know if you can hear it but squeeze all to hear yeah they're out nice if it back up and it's like it something along the lines of this and like I said space is of the essence and so that that brings it down quite a bit eventually since this is in a freezer bag it will fill back up and roll get puffy again but it takes my four shirts down pretty small and I'll input at the end of the video how I fold my shirts to get them this small there's a special way that I was taught by canon a vanetti it's military style but yeah so this is my shirt bag it has two long sleeve let's see additionally one thing I know more of like a long-sleeve t-shirt I mean the long sleeve shirt I guess in the morning I probably put a short sleeve class be on at that little sweater over it and then of my trip 99 hoodie over that and that keep me pretty warm next is all my underwear I have 10 pairs of underwear in here that may seem little bit overkill but there are going to be some days where you just kind of wish you could change underwear I don't have you ever ran around and you know hot weather and you don't got your underwear all sweaty but then that you know having an extra pair is always gonna be good next to have my shorts I have four pairs of shorts in here one of them is my Scott shorts if you could I try to get these dirty Scout shorts like this Jimmy Schwartz will work but they're probably not the best so if you could get you know probably two or three Scout shorts would be the best I do have some extra Scout shorts if anybody's interested I think their size is large or youth medium and I just been sitting in my in my drawers for a while so be contact me I could drop those off of your house or something like that but yeah I don't I'm not normally a pants guy it's usually warms up fast enough in the mornings where you know I'm fine just having my legs cold for a little bit but if you did want to do I'd probably do like three pairs of shorts two pairs of pants something like that but for me I just have two more pairs of shorts to know rewear two or three yeah and one of those two of those again you know and it's not that big of a deal what I what I normally do is I just wear it that one day where you know as many clean clothes as I can until have to restart and by that time that our clothing has already aired out enough to the point where I can wear it again there's a spell bed next out of my socks I have 10 pairs of socks a couple of these are you know just your regular ankle length but overall I would say majority of them should be these cruelly socks not like Nike sucks I think they feel the best they have the cushioning where they need they're not expensive like hiking socks to get the job done and you can wear them with hiking boots like this you could buy Metaxa like 12 for you know maybe 20 bucks not that expensive so yeah that'd bring plenty of socks I think I have 12 pairs in here so enough to wear like two pairs each day next thing I have this is something you need I have a towel for my showers and also I have a swimsuit overall if you're taking something like the swing mayor badge or the kayaking mirror badge and you know you're gonna be in the water a lot I would probably bring two towels because I'm not taking the swimmer badge or anything I just have one towel and if I swim one so I can let it dry and then I know I'll take my shower at the end and I'll use that as well but also I have my swimsuit with me just in case you know there's a swimming opportunity and I want to take advantage of that know for a fact there's Polar Bear Swim that you can do at the end of the week but I don't know if they have you know just a regular swimming opportunity so yeah bring some soup the last thing I have is my sleep clothes this is where I'm gonna wear to sleep every night and the reason we do that because we do so many things in these regular clothes such as eat you know stuff like I'm already eating that gets a lot of that scent stuck in those clothes and so what we want to have is something that's never been exposed to you know you know food or anything like that and so what we do is we just wear the same set of sleep bows the entire night I mean every every single night what I have is a pair of just gym shorts and a long sleeve t-shirt this has always been my go-to sleeping gear I can get pretty cold in the mountains like I said so I just keep a long-sleeve long-sleeve t-shirt and some gym shorts I don't wear socks to bed I think it's good to let your your feet air out a little bit after it you know in the entire day being in these really thick hiking boots and things like that so yeah so what I wear to sleep next thing I want to talk about is this trash bag there's ever any clothes to get to dirty I'm not gonna wear them again or something start stinking which is usually you know a couple things I'll just throw them in a trash bag and I'll at the end of the camp I'll roll them up and tie them and just throw it in my in my in my footlocker and that way it keeps everything else from smelling bad next thing I have is my swim bag this is a 30-degree mummy bag hey I don't know where the top is but normally it would fold up so it's pretty it's pretty tight but like I said it does get pretty cold during the night time in the mountains and so I do have a 30-degree bag additionally this is the last thing I have is a sleeping bag liner this is a 10 degree line liner so if I do wake up you know cold in the middle of night I can slip this on and get my semen bag and then now that Stephan bag is effectively a 20 degree bag and so hopefully that'll keep me warm so that's everything I needed for the entire week for Boy Scout camp actually you know what I forgot these two things in my day pack over here this I have is just a little digital camera I bought for maybe 20 bucks thanks triple-a batteries and it takes these sent pictures so I can get go home and get them figure out what's word-processed when I get home like a CVS or something and I can put them out and I can have those but yeah this thing is definitely taking a beating and it's last me six years if you wanted if you're a really good photographer and you wanted to take you know a fancy camera by all means you could do that but if there's anything you don't really want getting lost at this camp I probably just wouldn't bring it if you want to get damaged so yeah just a little cheap camera and the very last thing I have is a little Swiss Army knife if you have your tone ship I would encourage you to bring a pocketknife and yeah I mean so they're always gonna be at a time where you're gonna need one if not there will be someone around so yeah definitely bringing a pocketknife if you have your tone too so that's all I have as far as what I'm wearing right now this is my class a and I'm wearing the bus once I'm off the bus as soon as I can I'll take all this off and I'll just put it aside to wear at the you know during the last day of the camp I can put this all back on and wear it back on the bus so I'll have something where I smell good you'll notice I don't have my neckerchief on you don't need to bring your neckerchief to camp outs just for that the reason is they're more susceptible be lost and we definitely don't want you to lose your neckerchief because then you're going to replace it with your own money so don't bring it you don't need it what I just have is my Class A or Class B underneath my belt some Scout pants and my camp shoes so besides that I guess if I could provide any tips if you get to wash your clothes and probably not scented detergent if you could that'd probably be a good idea if you can't I'm sure it's not that big of a deal just the biggest thing you got to worry about as bears besides that that's pretty much it and here I have my my sleeping setup this is how big that cot folds out to be I don't ring a mat because I have a cot and then besides that I just had my sleeping bag and that liner that we talked about so like I said I'm gonna talk about how to fold your clothes military-style so if you take a shirt and you take the bottom and you fold it maybe two or three inches behind the shirt then go ahead and take the sleeves and you'll fold those inside to the shirt to cross each other once that's done you take the shirt and fold it half hot dog style and then once you've done that you take it from the top where the collar is and you roll it straight down to make that shape and then you take the bottom half and you should be able to roll it over to wrap it around itself
