the process behind the application what are the documents required to submit along with the application so why i'm doing this video because when i'm applying this application i have faced a lot of problems because i don't have no idea what are the documents required to support the oc application so i just want to make a small video that may help everyone so please take a look into the video as part of the oc process as an initial step we have to go and search for vfs global when you search for vfs global it will redirect you to the original vfs site you can see the services visas password services government services and tourism services but for oca you need to go to visas and you need to be the from country it will be united states of america and the two will be india then you have to click on take me to the website so when you come here on vfs global it will show you what are the services they have apply for a passport apply for osa services etc so for our in our case it will be oca services you have to click on start now when you click on start now it will show you the criteria and the conditions they have for the oci services okay when can you come down it will show you the category of the oca services application how to fill the application third step how to send the application to the vfs global service centers and the four service fourth is directly you can go and submit the application on the center and fifth is how we are going to get the uh up like a passport the oca through post okay the sixth uh point is the track your application it will show you okay where is your application is i will present right now so as a first step we have to go and you have to click on view more when you go on the first step identify oca category until we have to click on you can come back with this application id you can start the again the application from this step okay so here in this step they'll ask for the uploading the passport baby passport size photo and the thumb impression of the baby when you click on i'm ready with the image it will ask you to upload the baby passport photo and the baby thumb impression okay passport size will be two by two with the plain background and the thumb impression the thumb impression for the baby boy will be left up for the baby girl it will be right there below five years they are more than five years so you need to take the application signature of the baby on the paper and you need to take the photo of that and you you need to upload the same here okay i'm trying i will upload the photo here so when you select the baby passport size photo and the thumb okay it will show you when it comes in the green color means the photo is perfect it is up to the standards but you can craft the photo if you like it you can grab the photo also okay this is the photo will be printed on the application even if you see this one right and they are showing the red color means the thumb impression is not up to the standards you can craft that one okay this is the original ones you can see right crop selection is fine now you can go ahead and upload the photo and the thumb impression okay the second step is completed for the application we have uploaded the photo and the thumb impression of the baby then you have to click on i have uploaded successfully so they will generate a unique reference number for you we have to save this number to okay then the party of the application is completed you have filled the application and you have filled the you have uploaded the photo and the thumb impression of the baby the next step is submitting the documents part b they'll ask some questions so we have to click no no nationality details it will be bypass the database is automatically populated so other details okay if you can write anyone staying in india like grandparents okay we have to submit this form the last step is uploading the documents we will see what are the documents will required for status of the parents so it will be parents visa so you need to submit both the parents visa copies okay the fifth one will be the marriage certificate of the parents the sixth one is the parental authorization form okay so i'll give the description of the parental authorization form you need to download the form and you need to sign by the parents and it should be notarized okay don't forget to notarize the form the last one is the relationship certificate is nothing but the baby but certificate so you need to submit all these documents okay you need to submit all these documents and final step is submit the application okay when you click on the final submit it will ask you to create a gen registration form when you click on registration form application will be downloaded so this is the application form so you can see right in the photo you whatever you have uploaded will be here the thumbnail impression okay you need to apply you need to stick one of the photo here so you need to submit two photos right so one photo will be attached here okay and this is the application so this is the group here right you have filled all the baby passport details parental details okay the second step we have filled everything so the third page the declaration page okay so this this page should be notarized okay here wherever if you see signature of the applicant so you need to take the baby thumb impression here so if it is a baby boy it will be left thumb if it is a baby girl it will be right thumb if the babies are aged more than five years then they should be signed here okay so this name of the applicant will be the baby's name date and place signature of the applicant will be thumb impression of the baby and here both the parents should be signed here and in this place notary should be signed and sealed the next step is the instruction for filing the application for me you have to go through these steps one by one even the last page should be northwest okay you know both the parent should be signed here and this large page which should be notarized the next step is mailing these documents so when you go back to the original website okay the second step is completed you have a field application the third step is mailing this application and paying the amount okay how much i'm going to be required to pay when you click on view more it will give you so need to fill all the passport number all the details here when you click on submit it will show you the details okay the government reference number the first name and last name select the courier reference you have to select vfs offered courier service so that will be safe so that it will be fedex and click on continue so it will show you how much amount you need to pay when you click on continue it will redirect to the payment page once you've made the payment so the confirmation number will be sent to your registered email lab a reference number will be sent to your registered email id so you have to copy that reference number and with your email id when you come here you have to download your courier label okay when you come here when you click on download query label you need to give the reference number and the email id when you click on search the automatically it will populate the courier label you need to download the create label so finally i'll show you what are the documents you need to submit the first document will be your government application form so the photo will be attached here okay the second one don't forget declaration form signature of the applicant the thumb impression of the baby and it should be notarized and the parent should be signed here the one more the last page you need to sign and it should be night noticed okay along with this one you need to submit the checklist for the miner okay checklist for the miner you have to write application name email id password number and the phone number okay here you have to check what are the documents you are sending the first one will be the application form the one we have downloaded okay the second one will be the photograph so you need to submit two photographs so one already you have need to submit the original passport okay through vfs you need to take a 15 check or money order okay and you have to keep that 15 check in the courier so that they will send back your baby's passport within three to five days so we have to check the proof of indian origin so you are submitting parents passport copies right then along with that parents passport copies parental authorization form and the marriage certificate you have to check and the birth certificate of the baby you have to check the last one is the fee payments so the fee payments and couriers is nothing but the one you once you pay the payment so on the one document will be sent to your registered email id right so you have to download you have to attach the document also here along with this one you have to upload the checklist also the one i am showing right you have to download this checklist and you have to submit this checklist also but in this checklist you can see right signature of the applicant so here you have to take baby's thumb impression here along with that both the parents should be signed here in addition all the supporting documents are self attested by the both the parents so these are the
