thank you everybody for joining today this another ms senior man on Sat comm webinar today we're talking about documents Corp Act template designer the document score pack template designer and these feature updates that we've got here we've got a few new things to show you some things that are already out and some things that are should be out probably by the in the next week okay so just kind of want to get into it for those of you guys who are not familiar with documents core pack I saw from the survey that there were a few of you that had not used documents core packs so I just kind of want to briefly go over this kind of what just an overview of what documents core packs gonna do for you basically what it is is it's a powerful document generation tool and does a lot of other things like some post processing stuff as well so basically it's contained it has a simple user driven dialog that that you can use to basically create your document email the document save to SharePoint etc you can bundle all those those those little things those little commands that you're giving it if you're doing these over and over again into these one-click actions where you just click the button and then these actions happen like so I can create a document attached to an email send the email you know and the other piece that we have to that that's added into that is workflow automation and a scheduler so we're flow automation it's gonna be you know part of your workflow to be able to create these documents and send emails etc save to SharePoint all that stuff and then what the scheduler does is the scheduler gives you the ability to run those workflows at a set schedule so if you have something like an email with a report that you want to send out that you've created in document score pack that you want to send out once a month you can do that with the scheduler and that's all built into the product today since we're going to be covering the temple designer just kind of want to go over a few of the highlights of the template designer basically it's a add-on forward okay so all the features and everything that you have for creating documents in Word you have as well with the documents core pack template designer it supports one-to-many many-to-one and many-to-many relationships it has support for multi level data resolution what I mean by that is that say for example if I'm creating a doc and I'm creating it on the account level and I need to get something from the quote I can go from the account to the related opportunities to the related quotes and pull information from that and put it in my document so basically more than one level deep so I can...
