alright so I'm kind of a little excited about this one our java john AKA coffee chats java today java jones so today's conversation I know we're talking about is how to build a marketing dream team and so what's funny is that you know a lot of clients and you just folks in general they think marketing is strictly the the collateral side of things you know the design the you know oh I have a website or you know what I whatever I need to give to my sales team but marketing is a little bit more than that as as you and I both know and so in order to have a great team you need to look at things in a couple different ways so I kind of broke it down um kind of high level overview what are the five main key components not necessarily each staff member but like this the five key components to building the marketing dream team right the skill sets or the generalities of it yeah yeah so number one is research and development yep number two we have marketing strategist three you have creative operations for our the channel owners and five is the performance analyst and so let's kind of break down each of those areas and and kind of talk it into whether layman terms or how it actually applies to a business and these components here could be anything from small business all doing up to two mega fortune you know 100 companies we work with all of them so we know the gamut of it however understanding that if you're a smaller company you're going to have to pare down clearly you're not going to do what these these mega corporations do yeah but the elements and the this segmentation of that marketing dream team still applies well I think the important thing here to realize is that what we try to do is make sure people understand it's a 360-degree marketing process not just the one part of one of your five right right aight exactly like a full well-rounded approach to building that proper marketing team so let's start with research and development we have data analysts and behavioral specialists so I know how we in Yankee rat beholder it's you are the data analyst annika I did it I data I data I data I data I data I data I almost kill it with data that's just what I see it was a little too much yeah but but that's what makes us what we do and I think date is important because realistically it gives you a numerical value big data in itself in that fashion allows you to be in a position to have concrete information on how things move from your marketing perspective and I know I know I'm big on data but you have a big component when it comes to behavior yeah behavior is a big...
