what's going on guys jack here and today we're not going to be covering print on demand we're going to be covering a business venture that i started 30 days ago and that's amazon kdp and pretty much every single thing that i've done on amazon kdp so far has been a basically just an extension of my print on demand and t-shirt business so pretty much what i've done is i've converted all my t-shirt designs not all of them only a very small portion actually i'm gonna reveal that in a second but only a small portion of my t-shirt designs i've converted some of them to journals and put them on amazon marketplace amazon kdp so through kindle direct publishing i actually was able to get out basically just blank journals with my t-shirts on the cover and most of them just have a black background and the black the back of the books are just completely black so very plain just my t-shirt design on the front and i'm going to show you guys basically what i did in 30 days with just this simple amount of effort very low effort amount of business and basically my books are still selling and i'm going to show you guys what happened in 30 days but before we get into the good content days i've sold seven units and although that may not seem like a lot seven books basically from doing nothing really the effort i put into these books and uploading them was very minimal maybe 20 to 30 minutes a day for like every other day and i post about 20 of my t-shirt designs up at a time because a lot of my t-shirt designs had the same exact phrase on them with just different graphical images so although it does say 122 books it's more like 300 books that are live because a lot of them have a repeat titles that i basically didn't even change the title of the books because the wording on the front cover was the exact same just different graphical images different fonts so keep that in mind i don't only have 122 books up but i don't have that many books up and all of my books except for one are just journals i did create one coloring book and actually one of seven of my orders is the coloring book that i ordered for myself so i actually ordered it um so basically i got seven not seven sales but six sales in the past 30 days and you guys also want to keep in mind that when i say 30 days 30 days is when i found out about kdp so 30 days ago i posted my first book it wasn't even live 30 days ago and pretty much just posting journals here and there that are existing t-shirt designs i have made six sales and six sales from no advertising all organic all i did was post the books on there i filled out some keywords filled out the listings and it was very low effort and i made seven sales and these sales i'm gonna break them down for you but basically only one of them one book sold twice and the rest were all individual books and now that they've sold once they can sell again and that's what's happened to one of my books but it's pretty crazy to think that you basically just need to upload t-shirt designs to journals and if you guys want to know how to do that i have full videos on how i did it the process if you guys are paranoid sellers i will leave those videos in the description and on the screen somewhere in the video but those videos will help you get started i'm basically doing what i'm doing and i also want to make like coloring books and things like that and get more into that right now i'm really focused on print and demand and being able to just upload my print-on-demand books to journals and still make sales a few bucks here and there is actually really really good it's easy and i can build some more passive income as i go so when i go over to the royalties estimator it's about eight dollars u.s and honestly eight dollars u.s for the amount of time i put into this is like nothing and these books can continue to sell for the indefinite future especially being on amazon marketplaces something i really want to mention about amazon kdp which isn't as apparent on amazon merch is that your books are uploaded to every single marketplace and unlike merch by amazon on amazon kdp there's no limit to how many books you can upload you can upload like a hundred a day obviously you don't want to spam the platform and risk your account or do anything shady but there's no limits really you're not limited to 10 designs like on merch by amazon when you first get in you can post as many books as you want and to as many marketplaces as you want because there's no slots like merged amazon you have slots and upload slots but on kdp you upload one book the first book you upload you just click a single button and it uploads to every amazon marketplace dot ca dot com dot dot de which is germany i actually made a sale from there and dot co dot uk i found the uk has got majority of my sales so i'll go over that in a sec but you can easily upload your printer man t-shirts over here and get them on amazon in every single marketplace and honestly i think that is super good super useful it's free to sign up and i absolutely would recommend starting it and i would recommend checking out my videos if you guys want to know how to do that especially if you're coming from a printer man background so in terms of where my books are actually coming from you know where my sales are coming from so as i mentioned earlier united kingdom is killing it and five dollars my royalty which was about six out of my eight sales came from united kingdom and this is the thing all i did was click one button and instead of just being enabled on dot com it was enabled on dot co dot uk which is united kingdom and d dot ca all of them right so germany also made a sale from the dot d marketplace on one of my other books and this is great because i just clicked one button like i said and one dollar of royalties in u.s terms and the canada sale is actually from me i'm from canada so if we subtract the two dollars from basically the eight dollars in royalties i made about six dollars in profit this month and that's still pretty darn good for the minimal amount of effort i have put into this and it's basically just taking things that have sold on print and demand sites my printer demand designs and bringing them over to kdp absolutely free to do and i really did enjoy the process of it i think anyone should give it a shot who is in print on demand especially me i had like 2 000 designs so bringing a couple over is very easy and also i have so many i could upload still and it doesn't really hurt me to upload more of them because it's just a potential to make sales they're sitting on the amazon marketplace and amazon marketplace is huge four billion monthly visitors you can get your eyes in front of on just.com alone so i think the opportunity is there and i definitely would recommend even if you just try for 30 days like i did see if you can make some sales in your print demand shirts and designs and definitely just give it a shot check out my videos if you want to know how to do it there's also tons of free resources on how to start kdp once you get the hang of it once you make your first few books it's going gonna be very easy to basically upload a few more and just get the hang of things so yeah my first 30 days in amazon kdp and six dollars in royalties not eight dollars but still crazy to think that all i did was upload a few pronoun demand designs t-shirt designs that i already had to journal covers just journal covers and only like two of them had different colored backgrounds pretty much all like 300 of my books i know it did say 122 but i probably have 300 to 400 live books right now of journals a lot of which are repeat titles uh pretty much all of them every single one is just a t-shirt design that is on a black background and the back of the books are completely black 120 pages 6x9 if you guys want anyone if you guys want to know more about that you can check out my videos below but yeah i build some more recurring income that you don't have to touch don't have to manage it's really great it's similar to print on demand so i like i think this business model is pretty much just printed
