I'm gonna share my screen for a minute but not always I'll show you how I do my my skincare regimen in a minute like my morning and evening skincare but first I want to just show you a few slides that I get ready but I'm gonna kind of go through it somewhat quickly because I want to be quick tonight because I it's a Friday night and I don't know how bad you guys really want to watch me do this night so if I am going too fast please just tell me or if you have a question feel free to stop me okay so if you guys were at my other Zim Kyle you probably saw some of this this is a new picture here of our daughter these are wanted for senior pictures and she had on some beauty counter makeup but I just thought her makeup looks so pretty that day so I showed what she was marrying I have everything on that she was wearing but her eyelashes just looked so pretty and I you know she's got the volumizing mascara on there and she also has the new twin skin foundation I have two colors here but I can show you guys in a little bit if you want me to look at to show you some makeup I can in a few minutes so anyway she if you had a guess she was the big reason that I switched to safer non-toxic skincare because she was always using lots of it so she was the main reason for my why and because of all of these things oh the ways that I found out that the skincare that you get at the store or even some of the nicer brands and Mark Steyn Supremes I don't want you tracking them so you can read these over I won't go over them all you may have seen them on my social media before but these are the main reasons some of the main reasons why I switch to say for skincare and why it's worth it to me and why I started selling it to and yes oh look at that in the european union there's 1,400 chemicals banned and only 30 in the US fragrance is something to look out for you don't want to just willy-nilly like use even i mean you wouldn't think it perfumes are really bad for you it's full of chemicals so you got to be careful like with beautycounter they use all-natural and safer ingredients to make their nice references otherwise it's like citrus or something really really natural and really light so again 89 they have 1800 ingredients now they're banned that will never be in our products they have great transparency everything's on your website so I love that about funny but it's more scary this is you know the those apps that kids use to do crazy things to your face and stuff well this is the one that showed what you're gonna look like when you're much older that is scary but it really ticks me off because it can't looks like he's been aged better than I am so anyway I'm targeting wrinkles so I am using the counter time line which I will show you in a minute and this is some of the reasons why it's safer than the conventional what they use is retinol and conventional treatment for wrinkles and so this is much safer for all these reasons as you can see and the right the ewg skincare scores we get a one for the counter time ingredient back you call that's in the countersign line and then retinol gets matting they they will tell you that it's natural because it's vitamin A but it's synthetic so it's not you know it's completely different in your body so both of them reduce fine lines and wrinkles but one of them is safer and another one is the other one is not mad at all so this is what I'm going to show you in a few minutes and this is my morning and evening routine and I'm going to show you exactly how I do it and then we'll come back and I'll show you the slide in a minute and I'll also send the slides you because this shows you exactly what and why I do it each each step the way I do and I can tell you that as I go along - oh you have a skin toner I'm going to use and this is why this is what you do as part of your routine before your treat step because it's your skin ready for the whatever you're targeting like I said I'm targeting wrinkles so I'm using this line so if you're targeting dry skin and you're using the counter mash line whatever you're targeting the target your skin ready for that treat stuff so I had never used a toner before and I really like it and it's part of why I save money on my treatment stuff because if you do it right away which I'll show you then there's still Tomer there and it's easier to spread it around and you don't need as much so that's the first way that I save money my products is by using my treat stuff right after my toner so this is some of the things that the counter plus overnight resurfacing peel can do and this you put on at night you don't peel it back off that's not what it does you don't take it back off you just leave it on and so it targets all these things age spots dark spots uneven skin tone and the new which is sold out until in a few days I think next week it's gonna be back in stock but the new Albright C serum is the daytime version of the overnight resurfacing feel so I will show you all of this in a minute I just want to show you my size first and then we'll go back this is again all the things that both of these target one you is I must say it's like I'm getting ready for bed so I'm gonna tie myself because I thought it'd be kind of interesting to see if I'm on the state's okay so turn my time around so I just put my hair out of the way just a little bit scary sorry guys and then I have a bunch of these tan brownish color wash clothes that I just keep here in the bathroom and I use these at night for washing my night out any makeup on right now but if I had makeup that except on my lips no children but if I had any makeup on I would um this is when I take it off with so this is the counter time cleanser and I really like it because it's also a doubles as a makeup remover like I said and it it takes off your makeup really nicely so I put a little bit in my hand just like one and a half pumps and I just rub it all over and then I take my if I have more time I usually I mean if I my music camp has just gotten on the shower and then the water has happened it's kind of nice and I just wipe it off with a nice warm washcloth but so anyway I just take off any makeup and use that nice cleanser and it smells really nice with some sort of safer fragrance it's not a fragrance actually it's just some secret ingredient anyway so that is the cleanser oil the cleansing oil the counter time next is the toning step and this is the toner I'm a big big bounce the cleanser in the toner about a dime-size amount my hand not that much and I put some on both hands and I just kind of now normally I try to get some rest too and the back of my hands I'll show you about that in a minute and then I just finished making sure everywhere is touched and then it's still wet and I go right from there like I said to stretch out my treatment stuff my serum and I just do one pump and again I just kind of make sure that it's all my neck see the wrinkles on my neck that's one of the areas I'm kind of targeting and then I have this you know I used to have these what it's called Elevens like the you know your scowl if I really smell you can still see them but those are better it's this song that I'm turning to so anyway it spreads really easy because I still have a little bit of that toner on and it gets the treatment the serum which is sort of like the big dogs like that's really treating your skin issue it gets that all over amazing okay so next after that is after your treatment stuff is your moisturizing and so for that since it's night I will put on a little bit of this my Samus combat another one thankfully a little bit just like like that much like like that much in my hand and then another way I stretch it and make it last longer and save money is I take one drop of my plumping facial oil you don't have to do this is just what I did to stretch it nice put one drop in there I think to limp but normally it's just one then I'm excited and then I just put that up all over and if I didn't don't feel like I got that much then I I'll just do a little bit more that wasn't because I run out I also target in the back of my hands because I started getting aged that's my mom I stirred my hand started working my mom who passed away like six years ago but when I look at my hands they just start to remind me of her so I started just putting some of these on for age spots and then also like I said I'm kind of targeting my neck so I might use a little bit more that a little bit more oil so that's that man I just make sure it's rubbed in and let's see when we are four minutes lastly four minutes three so that's pretty good four minutes now if you guys have any questions about the app better I'll show you to what I do for the morning if it was morning oh yeah all right so it's gonna be just a smidge over four minutes my eye cream I take just a little bit and then I put a little under your eye on your eyes your skin is more sensitive so and your eyelids so I just put a little eye cream there and then anything left on my fingers I rub it into the back of my hands it's also kind of thin-skinned there too and that's it so it'll be a smidge over for a minute so that's my nighttime routine now if it was daytime I would do the same only they have in the counter time line they have a daytime cream for the daytime moisturizer and for that again you don't have to do this but I would mix it with the brightening oil in the morning the brightening just sort of wakes up your face a little bit the plumping that I used at night is another way to target wrinkles and fine lines because it does what it says it pumps your skin love it so anyway so this is the daytime with brightening a drop of the brightening oil and the counter time daytime moisturizer so something else I want to tell you what you can do is sometimes you can skip your if you if you want to do a mask to pull out the impurities in your skin and especially if you maybe have blemished prone skin you can use the charcoal mask you can use it like one or two times a week or more I forget I don't use it very often cuz I forget but you can use it steady your toner step so that well that's on that sheet that I can send you and I'll go back to a minute to show you another thing is that you can do is you can instead of your treatment step you can use the overnight resurface appeal say two or three times a week and that again will target all those things that I showed you earlier the age spots the which counter time does this too but even more age spots or the Y can go back and show you some people in rosacea the uneven skin tone so again you can replace your treatments top two or three times a week with your peel and then the core the the C serum the one that is the sort of the daytime version of the organised resurfacing for this you can just do it after your treat step you don't need to do it instead of your treat step and okay no questions guys anything else you want to ask me about my skincare so that that is what I do morning and night so now let me go back to sharing my screen so again the first thing is I did the cleansing oil number two you can see there I did the toning and it says right here that you can do the mask instead if you want for that step two or three times a week or more people some people don't mark the next is the treat step and again it's usually a serum and that's what it's called is what I mean like for beauty counter their treat stuff with some sort of serum and then you can use your peel instead like I said or you can also stay time you can add your vitamin C right after and then here's your moisturizing stuff and so again if it's nighttime I do the the nighttime cream the eye cream and a drop of the clumping oil and if it's daytime I use the daytime cream and a drop of the breininger but you don't need those oils if you don't have those it's totally fine that's just what I do we talked about this skin toner again here's what the overnight resurfacing peel does and the vitamin C serum those are the kind of what they're targeting okay my
