hello and welcome to another session of Zephyr training I'm your host Jeff and I'm joined today by the co-found product officer of disclosures io mr. brian schloss how are you right I'm good thanks Jeff so you're right in town right you're just in our neck of the woods I think yeah I'm in San Francisco and I'm also San Francisco NATO right on I'm a Bay Area man myself been here for about a decade but not to be moving pretty soon I think I mentioned that I met it up to Portland in a little bit that's coming up but still going to be on was effort still do in our Zephyr training session so you'll see me here mostly every week when when we have a guest lined up so let's just dive right in here right so for the uninitiated uninformed can you tell us what disclosure Daioh is yeah of course so disclosures do is just the easiest way to create share and manage your property and soldiers okay so that pretty much cover or is all of our agents all of our transaction coordinators and really clients are or benefit from this platform so it really covers the breadth of Zephyr users for sure what would you say we're gonna learn today during the demo I know you're gonna kind of take us what are we to be looking at yeah I'll give you just a real quick demo I'll show you how to create your disclosure package share it with interested buyer agents look at the activity from those buyer agents and then flip that over to if you're in the buyer agent shoes how you can receive a disclosure package from an agent and upload it into disclosures that I own and share it with your buyers that's great okay so we're gonna jump straight into this screen share just a little bit night I took a peek at it's all really approachable stuff really like the platform and and just how easy it is to use and how intuitive it is so we're looking forward to jumping in before we do that do you just want to call out that's if you have any questions for Brian as we're stepping through here just go and enter them in the chat box on the right-hand side of your screen peeping into our video looks like we got a few people in the audience so thank you for those of you that are streaming live I haven't dressed we appreciate it and really just gives a little bit more life to these live sessions and we're able to ask these questions and get them answered on the fly so appreciate you attending so yeah I just feel Fincher them in the chat box on the right and we'll be sure to jump to them so I'm gonna throw it to you Brian and just a sec here to go to the screen share and I think we are all set for that so take it away sounds good just let me know when you can see my screen and I'll jump into it and we can see it now with you the homepage your disclosures that I have ok perfect so yeah this is the homepage for disclosure study oh I'm just going to go ahead and log into my my own account here so now I'm in disclosures that I owe and I think of this like my home page where I store all my disclosure packages so I can click right here on listings and this will be all my disclosure packages that I've created for my listings if I go over here to this tab buyers this will be all the disclosure packages that I've received from other agents for by buyers so if I go back to listings let's just take a look at one of the disclosure packages that I've been working on so what you see here this is an online disclosure package and it's great because all the individual documents are broken out so as a buyer agent or a buyer interacting with this is this disclosure package is really great it makes it a lot easier for me to find exactly what I'm looking for and I can just click on that specific document it'll pull that up and compared to you know sifting through 600 pages of a PDF this is a much better experience so now I'm back at the disclosure package and a lot of the value for a listing agent is how easy it is to put your disclosure packages together using disclosures do so I'll show you how to do that I'm just going to click on this edit button right here and this takes me into the edit mode for this disclosure package and the first thing that I'm going to want to do is upload some documents or get some documents into the disclosure package and I can do that by uploading them from my computer I can bring them in from box drop box I can down them from DocuSign and we even give you a unique email address and you can forward attachments that email address and then the documents just show up right here once your documents are in the disclosure package you can drag and drop them and put them into whatever order you want and that's actually really important because when you're done editing the disclosure package and you click Save up here disclosures dot IO is going to automatically create a cover sheet for you and that cover sheet will have a table of contents that's just based on the order that you put the documents in there's also a variety of tools that make it really easy to manipulate the documents so you can cut pages out of the document you can split big documents into little documents you can combine documents and here this is pretty cool this is a digital read and receive stamp so I'll show you what that looks like I'm just going to apply it to the roofing report and click place stamp here this is what the stamp looks like and what's cool about it is that it's totally editable so I can change this to say red and receive and it's actually going to page count the document that I'm looking at so it'll say red and receive pages one through ten if it's a ten page document and then if I drag my cursor over the document you'll see that the stamp is following me and if I click it it'll place the stamp there and I can actually permanently burn that stamp into the document by clicking and finalize and now I know that I've stamped that document and this is great because now when your buyer agent receives your disclosure package they know exactly where signatures can go and you can add all those stamps seamlessly all within DES voters thought I oh that is a huge feature I know for anyone that has tried to add a stamp in DocuSign with a manual template so I know that we've got at least a couple agents that are happy to see that would you be able to show us how to do one of the PDF splits as well no that's a pretty quick yes yeah sure why don't I I'm just gonna pick the JCP report because that's a big one I'm gonna click split and we really when we built the split feature we really designed it to be super fast that you could take a really big document and split it out into all of its kind of constituent parts really easily so I'll show you how that works what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna click I'm just gonna say the first the first document is cover sheet let's say and then a quick split then I'm gonna select the next couple documents right here call this chapter one quick split now I'm gonna select the next couple documents and say chapter two and then I'll finish the last chapter out here chapter three right split and now I have it broken out into its four documents and I just click finalize and that'll actually go in split the document into those four sub documents and rename all those documents with the names that I gave it yes sir yeah and so now you'll see it has those four documents all broken out down here so that's split super fast the other sections I want to show you here these sections are all going to go on the cover sheet which gets created for you automatically and I'll show you what that cover sheet looks like afterwards so here you can add a photo for your listing you can also add your own personal profile information and your brokerage information this goes on the cover sheet if you've opened crea screw you can put that information right in here if you have any instructions on how you want to receive offers or just any other information that you won't want to provide on the cover sheet that can go right here this is just a free text field document section and then footer this is just a signature block that goes at the bottom of the cover sheet and it's also totally editable so you can change it to be whatever you want so let's say that you're done editing and manipulating documents you can just click Save and what this does is it looks at all the documents that you've added and all the changes that you've made the disclosure package and it bundles it up and creates that cover sheet for you right here automatically so show what that looks like you'll see that it has the photo that you added that has your personal profile information in your brokerage information it has where you've opened pre escrow the instructions on how you want to receive offers and then this is that table of contents that gets created for you automatically it goes in page counts all the documents for you and it's based on the order that you put all the documents in so you don't have to open up a Word document create your own cover sheets anymore it just does all that work for you then you'll see at the bottom it has that signature block where the buyers and buyer agents can can sign the disclosure package so that's a quick overview of creating a disclosure package let's say now you're ready to share it with an interested buyer agent all I need to do is click share select buyer agent add their their name and email address and I can change this message to be whatever I want and click send then that buyer agent will receive an email invitation to view the disclosure package and they can come in view the disclosure package and share it with their clients and what's great about this for you as a listing agent is you have this activity tab right here so I have a list of everyone that I've shared the disclosure package with I can see how many times they've downloaded it how many times they viewed it and the percentage of the disclosure package that they've reviewed I also get a really detailed look at everything that's going on in the disclosure package so I'll be able to see who's viewing what now it's important to point out here as a listing agent I'll never see the contact information for any of the buyer agents clients it'll just say Adam god helps clients for example view the disclosure package so that is a quick overview of creating and sharing a disclosure package as if you're the listing agent the other component that I wanted to show you if I go back to my home screen is if you ever receive a disclosure package from a listing agent and they're not using disclosures dot IO and they give it to you in this giant PDF format you can actually upload that disclosure package here and share it with your buyer plants and it's going to provide them with a really consistent professional experience which is just a lot nicer than you know sending them part 1 of 5 PDFs and so I was just going to show you how to do that really quick so I'm going to click new package and I'm going to say that I represent the buyer click Next I'm just going to add a random address in here and click create and now I have an empty disclosure package and all I need to do is click Edit and upload that disclosure package or the multiple PDFs that I received from the listing agent and I can put them in here and I can create the whole disclosure package and share with my clients it's that is actually really great because I'll still have activity feed on my buyers so I'll know hey I'll know if if my buyers are looking at the disclosure package and it really gives me a sense for which property is there they're actually interested in so hey Jeff that was a quick overview of disclosures dia was there anything else that you wanted me to share now I appreciate you jumping through as you see it's a very approachable platform really a kind of tight on the functionality so it really does exactly what it does really well and we love that about disclosures that I oh so if you have any questions now is a good time to enter them in the chat box do you have one that was just coming in here just regards to with regards to pricing I should say so I'm it's also been about that yeah sure so there's a basic version that's free and essentially that allows you to upload disclosure packages and share them that there's if you want to use the tools that really help you to manipulate the documents and also the analytics on being able to see who's viewing the disclosure package and what they're viewing then you'll need to use the pro license and so we have a single license which is 399 for the year and that's essentially that's our pro account that's how it works got it and if someone wants to sign up what does their process look like what's the easiest way to sign them yeah so sign up is super easy all you need to do is go to disclosures do there's a here I'll actually just go to it right now if you go to this little herbs that I oh there's a sign-up button right here on the top right and all you need to do is add a email and a password you could also just use I know that Zephyr uses the Gmail suite so you could sign in using Google and then you don't need to create a new email and password and once you do that you're in so you can start creating disclosure packages and sharing them them with you with your clients and other agents and whenever you're ready to to sign up for a pro account you can you can do that at any time sounds good piece of cake so but between your Zephyr G suite account a DocuSign account or I believe in MLS account you could also sign up with so that's okay that's a good reminder so we have a partnership with San Francisco MLS and what's cool about that is you can actually link the disclosure packages that you create in disclosures dot IO directly to your MLS listings and that is a good thing because you can tell buyer agents hey go to the MLS to my listing and request the disclosure package and there's two important settings for that and I'll talk about that briefly you can set your disclosure package to be private and so what that means is if you link it to the MLS any buyer agent can request access to it but you'll get an email that says hey Brian has requested access to your disclosure package click this button to give them access the other setting is open so if you set your disclosure package to open and link it to the MLS that means any buyer agent who goes to the MLS can request the disclosure package and I'll just open the disclosure package for them right there you don't need to approve them either way regardless of which setting you have you can track who is viewing and who has access to that disclosure package through the Activity Feed and you can always manage access there you could remove someone if you want to okay got it good to know so that actually brings up a good point so the partnership today is with SFA are any plans for other partnerships going forward and we have a Berry's member - and in the audience so what's the outlook look like her yeah I mean we don't have anything anything official in place right now but we definitely want to our goal is to make sharing disclosure packages super easy as that we're definitely working with berries and some of the other MLS's around the Bay Area to do the same thing got it we do have this question from Erica who is in our marina office funny enough and she asks can I share my account with a transaction coordinator yeah you can so I'm gonna log back in give me just a second here so there's a couple of things you know a lot I know that a lot of people will share their DocuSign account with transaction coronaries and just give them their password and email if you want to do that that's totally okay but we also have come up with a way for you to share access just through your account so here I can click on access and I can add a user and so I'm just going to say Jeff and Jeff what their email it's a Jeff dot Radovan our ad OVA n and Zephyr re com REE calm what's it so now Jeff has access to my account so he can come in and make disclosure packages on my behalf and so that's actually a really good way if you work with a transaction coroner to just give them access to your account they can come in make a disclosure package and then they did any point if you stopped using them for example I can just go ahead and remove Jeff the other thing that's important to know is throughout disclosures do you'll always see this little blue button in the bottom right hand corner and if you click on it this is it's just chat with us and we're always on it so if you ever get stuck or need help or have a question just shoot us the question right here and we'll help you out awesome well with anything right it doesn't have to be related to disclosures done I oh yes yes it's just a portal for any questions we'll try to answer them for you awesome well Bryan
