[Music] how to assign loan disclosures assigning certain notices and disclosures electronically from your loan officer is easy and can save time new American funding will send you an email with the subject line loan disclosures from new American funding in the body of the email click the link click here to access secure portal next sign in to your account if you previously created an encompass loan Center account enter your email address and your pre-selected password if this is your first time signing into the encompass loan center you will be prompted to create an account input the numeric portion of the property street address your first and last name and create a password for your account click the Create new account button once you have logged in click on loan disclosures from new American funding to expand that section if there is more than one borrower on the loan application using the same email address you will see both names listed with an e sign button each borrower will need to sign their own set of disclosures next click the east sign button you will be asked for an authorization code the authorization code is the last four digits of your social security number input your authorization code and click the next button the e disclosures will then open to begin assigning the disclosures click the next button take note of the other actions button at the top of the page you can save any signatures you've applied by clicking finish later when you click the start button the cursor will automatically move you to the first required signature line review the disclosure and click the yellow sign button if this is your first time applying electronic signatures you will be required to adopt an electronic signature and electronic initials from the adopter signature box you can click the Change style link on the right to browse the available options you may also draw your signature using your mouse by clicking the draw tab when you're finished click the adopt + sign button and your signature will be applied to that disclosure once you sign the first signature you will be automatically directed to the next required signature some disclosures require selections to be made these areas of the disclosures can be identified by red boxes that require you to make the appropriate selections click inside the red box to proceed review the disclosure and click on the yellow sign button continue this process until all required signatures have been applied [Music] you will see a completion message in the upper left of your screen click the finish button to finalize the e signing you will be routed back to the encompass loan center homepage where you'll notice that your assign button has turned into a green assigned message if there is another borrower on the application they will need to repeat the e signing process by clicking on the east sign link next to their name both borrowers on the same loan application must complete the e sign process if not the new American funding won't be able to access the e sign disclosures whence all signatures have been completed you will be able to print and/or save a copy of the signed disclosures and that's it you have electronically signed your loan disclosures from new American funding and help speed up the processing of your loan [Music]
