hello everybody at the moment that you've all been waiting for how to manifest a text from a specific person so if you want to see how to do that [Music] hello hello hello if you're new here my name is Kayla welcome to dream influencer today I wanted to go over this because it's been requested on my Instagram and I gotta give the people what they want so this is how to manifest a specific text from a specific person whether that's someone you love some your crush and X a business partner anybody just anybody that you know that you're trying to get them to text you so let's jump in but before we do that don't forget to subscribe and hit the foe notification so you can get the letter when I post my videos alright alright so first we need to get rid of any doubt or any disbelief that this is not going to work because if you believe that it's not going to work then you were right so you need to get rid of those contradicting beliefs that think oh this is good too good to be true this isn't going to work any doubt that you have you need to get rid of that and we can do that by calming the mind so in order to calm the mind we need to breathe so I would suggest getting into a place that is quiet that no one is going to bother you and I would sit down relax sit straight up have your palms up take a deep breath in and take a deep breath out and you want to do this for about three minutes if you can because you want to get rid of all these thoughts that you have going in your mind right now you just want to calm it all down you just want to be just want to be sitting there you just want to be observing any noise that you hear you don't need to think about it you just need to be it's gonna breathe deep breaths in deep breaths out and then I want you to close your eyes I want you to have your phone in your hand I want you to visualize holding your phone as your eyes are closed I want you to hear the sound your phone makes when you get a text and how does that sound make you feel next I want you to click on your phone I want you to see the name of the person that you want the text from on your phone and how does that make you feel to see that name what emotions does that bring up next I want you to open up your messages I want you to go in I want you to click on that person's name how are you feeling what are your emotions right now and I want you to read exactly what it says picture the exact message that you want to receive and how does that message make you feel what are you feeling right now let the emotion course through you it happened you received the text it's in your phone how does it feel keep picturing the text and keep feeling your emotions and then I want you to say thank you say thank you to the universe for allowing you to receive this text I want you to feel the gratitude that you feel towards the universe for receiving this text [Music] now I want you to take a deep breath in and you breath out now you can open your eyes and now I want you to set your phone down because now you need to let go of the expectation but you're going to receive that text no more expectation get rid of the expectation because when you expect you're not allowing you're expecting you need to have faith and you need to allow it in and as you go throughout your day just be present in the moment be present in what is happening in that moment you don't need to focus on your phone you don't need to check your phone every five minutes because if you do that you are not allowing the universe to give you what you're trying to receive you're giving off of an opposite emotion so you need to just allow and you need to present and what you're doing don't think about the text just be present in your everyday life and then when you least expect it when you're just going through the day and you're focused on what you're doing you will receive that text and throughout the day say Thank You universe thank you for sending me that text thank you for allowing me to receive that text as if you've already have it because you've seen it in your phone so if you want to say that maybe twice throughout the day feel that emotion of getting it and then go back to focusing on what you're doing you will receive that text from that specific person and when you do I want you to come back to this video and I want you to write in the comments your experience so that is all guys it is that straightforward it is that easy the main things are to get rid of your doubt and put a motion behind the visualization and let it go and allow it in it's that simple and you will receive that text and I can't wait to hear all about it and if you don't want to put them on here you can always DM me on Instagram I'll put my Instagram right here and then I'll put it in the description below and like I said before you don't forget to subscribe I will see you guys tomorrow thank you so much for watching bye
