[Music] hi everyone welcome back or welcome to car you made it how y'all guys doing today um today today I want to do tutorial on how to do the monogram the circle monogram from the mono grandmas foot on the flame so you know if you use the front flips mm-hmm so this is the front that I'm talking about the circle monogram and you know it comes out as the same letter and you know you want three different letters most of the time so that's what I'm going to try to do today alright so the first thing you need to know how to do when trying to do the circle monogram is how to get the actual but I use them on and grandmas flat off of the front common and if you do not know how to get font solve it to find I do have a video on that I think it was almost a year ago that I did a video but I will put a link in my description box or you'll just scroll down my videos and find it ok so I already have my son download it so now what initials am I going to use I want my own initials which are K d NJ and I do them all lowercase because if you don't do them look at the lowercase you won't get the you'll get these Yuki if you do the capital S you'll get the the ones that's kind of like I don't know really how to explain it but you won't get the ones like these these are a little chase the funds if they make sense okay so I've typed my letters or now I'm going to find the front and change my letters to that line all right so I am gonna be doing these one letter at a time so I either slide these somewhere off the screen or have done so I'm gonna hide them so working with my first oops didn't that mean you did I'm gonna take away the J all right so we're gonna make this bigger so I do want this to be about 3.5 all right so my first initial is gonna be checked so in order to get the actual K because my cake is gonna be your left side okay so to get the K I'm gonna have separate this chain from these two k K's and I'm gonna do it with a shape so I'm gonna just square and make the square big enough okay so we're gonna put the square over these two K's right so we're gonna select the square and we're gonna select the K and we're gonna go and press slice and now my K my little side K is separated from my Center and my right side K so I have no use for these two K's over here so you can just delete those okay so my next initial would be the J because when you do monograms you do first initial last initial middle initial so we're going to make my middle initial pop-up change this ass and we're going to tweet decisis later I just try to make them all about the same size so when you get in the middle the middle letter app you're gonna use two squares alright so I'm gonna make a little bit bigger I'm gonna put this square over the right side it J like so I'm gonna so I already have my square selected and I'm gonna select the monogram and I'm gonna slice and then we're gonna move that out of the way meanwhile these pieces delete all the dolls we don't need those make this square a little bit bigger let it be it'll do its job so I'm gonna put the square over this left side AJ cuz we all want the center I'm gonna select it select to what I have a little and slice it so basically all we doing is taking the letters that we don't walk away and keeping the letter we do want so we gotta J and then what we have left is my D and it's gonna be a right side of D so I only need one square for the right side okay I had my square selected and one stick the hook and slice delete these parts that you don't want okay so now we have our circle monogram right I don't like these sizing so what I'm going to do is take another shape a circle we're gonna make it mm make it about don't for ya I still want to keep the 3.5 so we're going to 3.5 okay so we're gonna take these cities to the big send this circle to the back and then we're going to place I have minor grounds into the circle and we're gonna make it feel as if it is the actual circle if that makes sense all their make sense I'm a little black let me give a closer really I think this looks good is good and now for this extra tall J everything will be smaller I'm always tweeting something always that's almost that's almost almost let me see let me mess with this height there's a little bit more okay so now we see mr. big cuz I have a hard time grabbing my shape sometimes so sometimes you have to say something to the back and here we are is that perfect but I just wanted you to get the gist of it because if not for this tutorial like I will probably spend an issue to 30 minutes getting my size and better getting my spacing better because honestly these are a little too close for me I like mine a little more spacious you know saw something like this and then I would group those together and attach and then I would cut it out and that's just how simple to use to do a circle monogram so I hope you guys enjoy it this video if you have any questions please call me please like the video and subscribe if you want more videos so yeah thanks for watching [Music] [Music]
