six hundred and under that is where you need that's where you need to stay six hundred you can buy PT Cruisers neons Chevy Cavaliers little Toyota cars Roland's older ones but little Honda Civics little Honda Accords you could buy a lot of cars for $600 and under and at the auction will open your eyes open your eyes big down what you can't buy now cheap but you can buy stuff now most of the people make their biggest mistake by buying expensive cars now you would think the more excuse of course you buy the bigger the profit in some cases that is true but you also have to look at how many people if you buy $4,000 or how many people has $7,000 to give you and let's say the core is worth $7,000 all day long but who has $7,000 more people has two or three thousand than they do seven or eight thousand so don't buy expensive cars buy cheap cars six hundred and under when you're first starting out always get the money you paid for the car back at your down payment your down payment of the car has to be more or the same as what you paid for the car so if you pay five or six hundred dollars for the car at seven or eight murders down payment and that way all the payments should get is absolutely pure profit now it's hard to do that with a car that you spent at two or three thousand dollars over because someone has three thousand dollars but they all know the car so stick with cheaper cars right now in my car lot both of my Lots now my average cost per car is seven or eight hundred dollars because that's where you make the most money and people will come in all day long so to yesterday they will come in all day long to put seven or eight hundred dollars down the BAM right there you have absolutely no worries because you got all your money back and everything they give you is pure profit now what I do that I don't charge no interest no finance charge nothing like that no dealers fee I don't charge any of that crap and the reason why because you don't need to you're already making good money there is no reason for a dealership to particular feet so no interest no interest and no dealer fees you will get the customer and then you charge for the car the same price that car is on Craigslist so it's not like you're ripping them off if they can buy a 6 PT Cruiser for $1,800 in Craigslist then you charge $1,800 with seven or $800 down 75 will be no interest that's a no-brainer and everyone will come and buy from me like they did for me and like they do every day from me it's you're giving people the car then they can buy on Craigslist with no interest no dealer fees no finance charge it's a no-brainer and you're getting all your money back that you pay for this car up front everything you get is profit and if they do not pay for the car which happens sometimes they don't pay for the car just what you get the car back you can take car back and you can sell it again and it's going to be a hundred percent profit with the down payment and famous it's a awesome business folks and awesome business and I'm the only one that does it I'm the only one that does it this way now you look another buy here pay here our Luck's everything there is thirty nine forty nine fifty nine ninety five for the same exact car for the same exact car and I'm selling for $1,800 seven hundred down because I want these people my customers to see the light at the end of the tunnel if they see a light at the end of the tunnel then they will continue to make payments on that car and if they make payments on that car and if they're a good payer not in deficit at the time they're gonna treat that car back into you for a nicer car and you just keep moving them up and up and up and up and you have customers for a lifetime I started two and a half years ago well actually three years ago now three years ago and I have customers from day one I still have them on the books and they still been paying me of all these years all different voters I have one customer their whole family bought a car from me and their whole family is paying their notes excellent if you treat people with respect if you be honest with the people up front then you will be very successful in the buy here pay here business when you're getting them to sign the contract you tell them look we're not making much money off this car so if decolor breaks down guess what it's all you don't come back to us don't call us we're not going to help you fix the car we may recommend the mechanic but we will not help you fix the car almost wrecked almost wrecked there's my driver better but yeah you've gotta treat people with respect though there's so many car Lots here oh there we go there's so many good people would quit calling me when I'm making a video see every time a person calls it stops the video person just traffic crazy stop calling me what I'm making so yes business leaps out for a second I'm gonna come right back if some idiot is calling me and I know who the idiot is its the yes I have a employee and he don't mind being called a so few people with respect I give them a good deal and you can give them a really good deal the best deal ever and you can still make money we can still make good money like right now I probably have 300 per week 300 people hand up host $75 a week times 300 [Music] gotta money I wish people we understand them when i text them hey stop Collin Collin I'm busy stop calling anyway that's how you be very successful here your dayt okay and you don't have to do it by ripping people off there's minicar lots around him that will rip you off that that will do bad things that will try to to juice up the card just to sell it there's plenty of people like that there's plenty of lots like that so so you avoid all that and you want to be honest with your customers if the car is freed up yeah this needs a CVS this is once this price this has this this has this air dumper you being honest with the people and you will have those people for a lifetime now I'm bringing sometimes there are people who don't listen and explode a brand new car for $1,800 then you got to deal with those people to still the majority of are you have to have five or six hundred dollars you will be so surprised you can have a nice car I just bought a old five Mercedes c230 sport for $850 I'm selling it for 2495 2495 and i'm gonna sell it and they can find one for 2495 craigslist here's the cheapest one you're the cheapest woman learning club in power from you and plus if you're doing zero interest with half down they're going to come and buy from you my car gave me that is easy and no matter if there's a hundred four Lots right beside you you're going to get all the customers and then they're going to get some and everything is gonna be okay for everybody it's just you're gonna be making the most money and have the most customers because you're treating people right and you're buying the cars right see so many mistakes that dealers me they open up and they close down because they go out and buy nice cars like Mercedes Benz and BMW and like nice ones like six or seven thousand bucks apiece and and they filled their car lot up with freakin nice ass cars like wow those are awesome cars and the lot looks awesome looks good but guess what they're gonna sit there and sit there and sit there and if they do finance them out they're going to get two thousand and twenty five hundred dollars down and immediately they're already three thousand dollars in the hole because they paid fifty five hundred dollars for our six thousand so you never want to do that you never because more people as $2,500 then they do have five thousand dollars and that is to keep like like right now I have a couple of Hummers for sale I have some really expensive cars for sale but they're cash only have so when you get to the the point that I'm in then you can start bringing in nicer cars for cash so you can get both the markets but the higher priced cars are a lot smaller market I mean it's a super small market for higher priced cars for cash so so you're gonna understand the car game too to understand the people it is nice and beautiful to have a car lot with a bunch of really nice cars but you don't make as much money you may make $3,000 off of one six thousand dollar car but it's going to take you a month or so to do that when you can put six thousand dollars and buy ten lower priced cars five or six hundred dollar colors and you can make a thousand or two on each one it's just you gotta do it the right way I go to the auction and every cheap car that goes through the auction block they scream my name out on the intercom Avery how about this start where where's Rick where's Rick because they know that I will buy the cheap and I will continue to buy the cheap that goes the cheap cars will make you money people are looking or not everybody has good credit folks the majority of people don't and they want someone to treat them good and I will take the five or six hundred dollars they couldn't go out and buy a five or six on another car like this but you as a dealer can that's one the license is so important that's one of the license is super-important so so that's what you don't need to think about when you're opening up a dealership don't buy a $5,000 car buy five or ten five hundred dollar cars it fills your a lot up faster there's no inventory you you don't do not make them get full coverage insurance liability insurance is it's fine it's you got to do stuff that no one else does and that is why I'm so successful when I started I own my own house in the hood and I was proud of my little house and now I own a house on the river with a dock and this happened three years three years my credit score went from a 320 all the way up to the 700 it's actually in sixes slide six four six forty six and and all those years of the army and getting all kinds of credit and stuff out of the army and and screwin everything that because that army chick was it coming anymore so my credit went to and it's hard to get back your credit taken me three years so far three 322 556 to 656 so and I'm slowly doing it slowly doing this so there you go folks that's what you have to do the car game is an excellent game a fun game be your own boss meet great people and money coming in there is nothing like people coming in every Friday and giving you thousands of dollars because you're doing it the right way you get your license you get your bond you get your insurance you pay your taxes you pay you your sales tax you do everything right and then the reward is great when I started everybody was telling me how hard it was to to all you bastard you only have a half one left lovely your breath
