this is coach lee in this video i'm going to talk to you about no contact and the power of time if you haven't already click the subscribe button below so that you can be notified when i have more videos like this and that includes information on relationships breakups marriage and mindfulness so a lot of people who've seen my videos have heard me talk about the baking a cake reference and that time is part of the recipe it is an ingredient because you can't just crank the temperature up on the oven and expect to get good cake you're just going to burn it up it's not going to work right and the same is true when you're getting your ex back you can't just crank up the intensity or add more manpower to it or call more or text more and expect that you're going to get your ex back faster there is no next day delivery option and i know that that's frustrating and unfortunate because so many of you are hurting and want the pain to go away quickly so i think that it will be helpful to let you know why time is so important and what it will hopefully and likely do to your ex's heart and mind if your breakup was a big anger fest where you two were fighting and yelling and saying hurtful things the time can actually be a way for your ex to cool off to reflect and to realize that one or both of you overreacted and that the relationship is potentially worth saving and so letting the smoke clear letting emotions calm down is something that time can definitely help with i know that's not every situation and i certainly have other things to say i'm just pointing that out because some people that's the quick answer that time can do the most in terms of just letting things calm down there's been a big fight or argument or bad things were said hurtful things and that might be the most obvious thing but that's why i mentioned it first so next on the list is going to be that time allows your ex to be sure because with the breakup they didn't just wake up and decide to break up with you again unless it was in the heat of the moment where there was anger and hurtful things being said but in general they didn't just wake up and say i think it'd be a good idea to break up with her today or i think it'd be a good idea to break up with him today that's not how it happened it took weeks months sometimes longer than that to where your ex was beginning to feel different things they were losing certain feelings and that was because attraction was falling most likely from negative experiences between the two of you but most likely your ex fought those feelings they thought i...
