[Music] my name is Helen Roberts and I'm the Admissions Registrar of the Stephen Perce foundation in this video I'm going to talk you through a digital admissions process and show you how to use our online admissions portal we have a paperless streamlined process where you complete forms upload documents scheduled interviews and make payments whilst allowing you to track the status of your application at any time from any device an admissions process takes place online through our website where you are able to access the admissions portal if this is your first time applying you would click register from the top right corner to register a new parent account please remember to write down your name your username and your password because you will need to use this every time you log into the portal fill in the information including your email address and password click proceed to application to began a new application if you already have a parent account click login to update your existing application this would be if you had already created an inquiry with us then a name decided that you would like to proceed with the application you would just log back in and create complete the application if you have trouble logging in you can click forget your password to reset the password on your account if you have problems please email me or phone me and I will send you a new link with which to create a new password once you log into your open apply account you will be directed to your dashboard where you can easily navigate to the right place that you need to be fun effective dashboard you can expect access key information along with the many features of open apply you can find your family information section lists which which lists your details on the left is a map of your dress on the right switching between children is easy and can be done beneath the family information section you can see a list of all your children and can click on the desired child to navigate the profile you can click on the new add the new applicant bottom to add an additional child in the contact Admissions contacts section this provides the information of the admissions person who is working on your application if you need to ask further information you can contact them directly please also note that we have a separate nursery application where you can also apply through and create your accounts through open apply and Asian admissions officer is Sally Falkner she will answer all your questions and help you navigate through the admissions process for the nurseries you can view tours interviews open days in the upcoming events section you will have a checklist when you log into your plans and in the checklist you will find all the requested documents that you have not met are required to complete in the admissions process as you complete them these will be checked off and identified by a green check mark this means that you have completed your documents correctly can I please also make you a way that should win when completing documents please ensure that they are signed these are signed digitally and these are binding in the message section it allows you to communicate with the admission staff throughout the admissions process all messages will stay in this section and we recommend that you always reply and correspond with us through the admissions portal should you require any help at any time during the admissions process please do contact me if you're having any problems if you have a look at the top right-hand corner when you log in you will see a half section in the help section it does have the parents information where if you do want to download it this will help you with any aspects of the application we do hope that you enjoy visiting a virtual open day and we look forward to receiving applications from you for your children to join the Steven post foundation [Music]
