hello this is kitten with tax Dome in this video I will show you how to sign documents whenever your preparer requests a signature from you you will be able to see the notification inside your homepage's to-do list you can recognize these types of notifications by the icon and the description which says document pending signature click on it and you will be redirected to the document where you will then be able to sign it alternatively if you go to the documents page in the left sidebar you can open the same document from here as well it will be visible in the waiting for Action window to sign the document you need to click on the signature field if you cannot see it right away because it might be on a different page of the document you can click on the start button on the right and it will move you to the correct page in this example I will need to sign with my name in some of these fields and leave my initials in others once you click on the field a new menu will slide out where you can then enter your name as well as your initials or alternatively you can also draw your signature instead of typing one I just have to click on the draw Tab and I can then draw the signature as I would in person once I'm done drawing it I'll click on the insert everywhere toggle to enter my signature and all the signature fields in the document I can also do the same for my initials if I want them to be drawn as well if you haven't enabled the option to enter your signature or initials everywhere in the document then you can still do so manually by just clicking on the fields you can always see how many fields are left in the top right section of your screen once you're done simply click on the Finish button if you open the document again afterwards you will be able to see that you successfully signed it now if I open another document that I need to sign I'll be able to just click on the fields to automatically enter my information just like in the previous document however if you need to change your signature or initials you can simply click on a field again and it will slide out the same menu that appeared originally here you can then change your information and you'll be able to update the fields that you already signed inside this document by toggling this option on that's it for this guide about e-signing documents thanks for watching
