[Music] hi there thank you for using vod design so we hope that by using the software will be easier for you to sign and execute the documents that we have prepared for you so for this demonstration kindly take note or when signing the documents it is always best to use internet explorer or google chrome so as you can see from the main screen itself we already prepared the email for you and also the email being sent by vodg sign so whichever service provider that you're using for your email you will receive the sender as vodg sign after wards title of the document but for this demonstration we're going to use vod design how to use instructions so we click that open and we move on to the next page so on to the next page there are two ways to actually open the email which is one click the open button here or click the link as well click open it will then authenticate the person signing and again the instructions that we have for you once done click on continue and we go on to the next page [Music] so once you get through this page itself this section is actually divided into three one which is activity log which we'll close for now [Music] and as you can see on the center screen which is the consent of the document we have prepared and then on the left side which are the documents to be signed by default it will always open the first document which is document one and once you have reviewed the document here you're now ready to click sign click the sign button and we'll open up a small pop-up page now in order for you to sign if you're using your mouse kindly use your mouse and do a left click and drag your signature through now if you're not happy with your signature kindly click on clear and do one more time if you're satisfied with your signature kind of click on insert and your signature should be shown on the page itself once done go to the next page once you have reviewed the content go to the upper portion click sign use your mouse and left click emboss your signature and then click on insert now if you want to go back to the first document and review go to the left side of the screen click this section here and it will open now if you would also like to keep a soft copy of the doc manager sign kindly go to the upper right portion just a little bit right below the title bar and click on download once you click on download it will be saved as a pdf file and automatically be saved on your computer now once you have completed signing all the documents kindly let us know for us to be able to review the signatures and also the...
