hey right right man i'm sitting there like i don't know what they expect me to do but when i get unloaded i'll be on the way yeah so i just had a refusal on one piece it was 11 pieces total and they refused the one piece because of this mess right here that the um when the shipper was loading this up you probably see in the video where he's using a clamp type um forklift and i guess he may have squeezed or poked it too hard or something whatever he did but it caused that little damage right there so now the receiver is not accepting it to the point where as i'm now waiting for the broker to tell me what they're going to do because this has to get off my truck so that i can go pick up my other other load and like i got 9 000 pounds to pick up this is in the way it has to go like out of you but anyways um yeah man it's it's always something man in this trucking game it's always something and like i said this is gonna fall on my own as they clearly saw you know but um i didn't even load the truck you know the truck was loaded by the shipper so i'm just waiting for them to figure something out and hopefully within the next nine minutes or so because i got to get on the road i got to be in san fran by noon so i'll be back with you guys so that was some crazy mess oh boy all of a sudden just comes up out of nowhere it wasn't even a guy who was actually loading the truck it was uh his supervisor i believe he just comes up and says well we have 11 pieces but uh one of them's damaged so i'm not taking delivery of it i'm sitting there like uh what does that mean like what's you know what's that got to do with me you know so he's like well i don't know i'm just i'm not taking delivery of it i'm you know like i said okay so um i told him i said well look i got another load to pick up and that load that uh you know refrigerator or whatever it was has to get off my truck you know so i'm gonna get this low and he's like so i said they're like here we go here we go you know i've been told about these people you know the the uh receivers that will come up with all kinds of different excuses but strangely enough when i was talking to the broker she was telling me she said they had issues with this same company in the past you know when it comes to um things that they were receiving or whatever and they they chose not to um take a certain...
