An assignee is an employee who will review your cart prior to its being approved or becoming a purchase order. To begin, click the person silhouette icon in the upper right corner. Click View My Profile. Click Default User Settings. Click Cart Assignees. Click Add Assignee. Enter the last and first name of the employee who will be your cart assignee. Click Search. One or more choices matching your text entry will be displayed. Click select to choose this employee. A success message is displayed. To add another assignee, click Add Assignee again. Enter the last and first names of the next employee to set up as a cart assignee. Click Search. Click select to choose this employee. You can set one of the cart assignees to be your preferred assignee. Now let's see what this looks like when you have items in your shopping cart and are ready to check out. You can assign the cart from your shopping cart screen here. If you click Proceed To Checkout, you will still be able to click Assign Card there, as well. Click Assign Cart. Your default assignee will be listed here. You can just click Assign, or click the drop down to see your other assignees. After clicking the drop down, you will see a list of assignees you set up.
