or to add an image to your email signature in Salesforce you'll need to have a tag here you can see within this tag I have the parentheses this is linked here and this is where we're going to paste the link to our image that we're going to use in our email signature so in Salesforce classic you'll be having a document - Salesforce and Salesforce lightning you'll actually be adding a file so if we click over here to files you can see I have this transparent large logo so I don't even click into that and if I click public link you'll see that I have a link here which I can copy if I didn't have a link here that haven't been created this would say create link instead of copy I have already done this step so I just copied this link go ahead and exit out so if I go back to the top right here and I'm gonna go to my settings my email settings I'm gonna take the link I just copied and I'm gonna paste it right into the tag that's it I've pasted the Salesforce document into the description below feel free to write an email if you have any questions
