hey it's adrian and welcome to another episode in this one i want to talk to you a little bit more about common law um and really just to give you some more ideas on that if you're interested in that subject i've been searching around this week looking for a website and some resources and information to to really give you a a broader understanding of that without it getting all too deep and too complex and i found a really good one called living in the private which is in new zealand as far as i can tell from reading it i did see a reference in there to the guy having 27 years legal or lore experience which i found interesting of course i may have read that wrong i don't think i did and really the reason i was looking at it was i'm certain that this is going to become more and more important as things unfold around us and events continue to develop because it's important to remember that this this whole idea of illegal fiction is something that's been made up that's been created and they try and wrap this around you i've said this before it's like a coat they put around you but you have to understand you and i are men and women that we are we have flesh that lives we have blood that flows through our veins we can make a thumbprint a legal fiction a made-up thing can't do that and that it's all to do with jurisdiction and understanding that and i'm not going to get too far into that suffice to say that there are some really interesting bits of information in there and i actually learned some stuff from that and i've got a pretty good idea of how this all works anyway from the stuff i've done over the last 20 years and there'll be a link in the description so you can dive into that but in particular i wanted to pay attention to the penalty charge notices because what you have to understand is that because maritime law is all around us and that's the law of the fiction and that's why they're asking for your name because they want to create jointer between the man or the woman and the fictional made-up thing you haven't got a name you have a calling but what they try and do is create their jointer and when they have that jointer then in maritime law you are seen as an enemy combatant and a belligerent so if you argue you've lost if you try and defend yourself you've lost there's a maximum law which basically means that if someone brings a claim against you you have to prove you have to prove the claim so what you do with this and the way you put this to advantage is you ask questions and you ask for verification so it's question verification all the...
