[Music] in order to send out neighbor letters you first of all actually need to create a neighbor letter template as you can see here on this example account i've got a few neighbor letters that i can use here if you haven't created a neighbor letter just yet go ahead and hit add template then find one of our neighbor letters templates and go ahead and create your own or you can create one from a blank letter or even a postcard once you've created your neighbor letter template you can now actually send out a neighbor letter in order to do that you must generate that document for the specific property that you are marketing for note that campaigns are not for neighbor letters campaigns are simply for acquisitions sending all offers blind offers neutral letters and so on and so forth when it comes to neighbor letters you actually need to go into the property that you're actually working to sell so i'm going to go ahead and hit properties here and i'm going to go ahead and pretend i'm going to be marketing this property here on this property screen i'm then going to scroll down to the bottom where it says documents or select the tab up here that says documents and i'm going to actually now create a neighbor letter for this specific property to do that i'm going to simply hit generate document i'm going to then go ahead and select my neighbor letter then i'm going to actually fill out the information for this letter you can see there are a couple placeholders that still need to be filled out in this example i have the property access value and the property estimated value listed on here yours may not have that and yours might simply also have an actual price for your neighbors to be able to purchase property at whatever it is complete the document and then hit save document now i've gone ahead and generated the neighbor letter for this specific property the next step is to get this mailed now we've got a function built specifically for sending out neighbor letters once i've generated the document which is always accessible on the properties page i'm going to go ahead and hit send now and when i'm done that i'm going to go ahead and select the properties from the map i can also alternatively upload a list of neighboring properties that perhaps i pulled from something like data tree but i'm going to keep things a lot easier and select from the map great here is the map all i'm simply going to do is select and let's sew all the properties around my property now you'll want to make sure that your property is the one on the map so you want to double check that and to lasso an area i can go ahead and hit the shift on my keyboard click once outline all the...
